Stuffed animals actually help me with social anxiety and getting homesick, I bring them when I go places and I don't feel quiet as bad when I have them, it's like having a friend with me everywhere I go.
Stuffed animals also helped me I never went on a sleepover for the first 7 years of my life I am 10.....
I have bad anxiety too, teddy bears where the only thing that would help me. But i knew. people made fun of me so I never told anyone

THEREPIST = TALKING TO A SHRUB! TRUUU! I had a fucking terrible time in therepy. She expected me to tell her very deep and personal problems I've been having my entire life, while she starred at me. When I get uncomfortable, I make jokes, I laugh. And she'd just stare. You know what's more uncomfortable than telling a stranger why you don' think you look pretty? Having her stare at you when you tell a joke lol
That's part of therapy, I did that too. except a couple of them found the jokes amusing but most just stared lol

I don't have a Worry, but I have made little lavender packs somewhat like Worry, but they didn't have a creature look to them. They were more like a tiny square pillow shape. And we sewn them by hand and added the small pieces of lavender into each one before we'd finish sealing it up. It was for the same use, to be calming. But one time, I got an overload of lavender when I was making one. Like the small doses are a nice smell, but when there's a ton of it, it's very strong smell that isn't pleasant. So I hope the creator of Worry found the right balance for lavender in the Worries so they still are helpful. :3

Real talk though, aroma-infused plushes are amazing. I pretty much used them my entire life when I had major panic attacks. However, all you really have to do is put some aroma oil on a stuffed animal... but if the scent lasts, I guess I can understand.
I have terrible anxiety. But when I get anxiety i talk to a friend my stuffed panda or best of all my dog I don't need a alien that smells like lavender scents get me more anxious just by a dollar stress ball

You can also just talk to yourself or have a picture of someone and if you want to tell them something but, you feel stressed and you would like to relieve yourself from your worry's, pain anger, and basically any emotion (it's your choice) then you can talk to that, it helped my brother ALOT nomatter what emotions he he had it always helped him.😁
