I just bought one from "Digging It Detectors" in Cocoa Beach Florida, I love it, the weight isn't bad, and it's very stout built, and the root cutter serrations are awesome, it powers through roots like a hot knife through butter, it'll be my last dig shovel. 👍💪
Well done on the Merlin video Rob! The powder coat is a multiple step process. It is a super grip powder coat then coated with the color the buyer selects. Lots of people have been traveling with them to Europe!

Excalibur Shovels has done many multiple handle lengths that fit on the same spade. As well as multiple spades that fit a handle. The options become very complex but are available upon request. Digging Canuck has the standard spade and wide spade to fit her D or T handles.

It'd be nice if they had an "add on" short handle that could be used like your mini Excalibur when needed. Otherwise awesome looking shovel!
