7. Buy plastic bottles of grout and tile cleaner. Return to step 1.
Life in plastic, it's fantastic.
come on barbie let’s go party
@@skodekuah ah ah yeah
XDDD love it!
Spend 1 pound of plastic to prevent 100 pounds of plastic ending up in a land fill, critical thinking bro
We just need to stop using plastic altogether.
Wherever possible, sí
True unless we find something else thats viable and cheap its not something we can stop using altogether overnight sadly
@@Phobos_Thanatosplastic is cheap because environmental externality is not price in to the final price of the product. Government should start charging plastic manufacturer for recycling and cleaning cost of their products
Its not recycle but rather Downcycled. These things doesnt account plastic degradation overtime - photodegradation - thermal deg - physical deg !!!!
Truth be told. It's sad, but true. Although I hope they go for the material that's used in these big outdoor toys for kids, I would guess HDPE.
PET seems to have some potential as 3d print filament, but I have no experience with this topic myself.
I worked with PP. And the stuff in the video could be this as well, judging on the gooey properties. Should be resistant to heat and moisture, but it's a mess to work with imo.
Anyways, stepping forward to test this out is a great move and should count as citizen science. Later others can "build" on the results 💪
I was under the impression that recycled plastic was not a good building material, because of the amount of extremely toxic fumes when burning.
Yeah, if there's a house fire, you probably don't want to take refuge in that bathroom ; )
@@theoriginalmonstermakerthey talk about ingested micro plastics meanwhile there’s this advertisement for a fully plastic bathroom you can bathe in for life😅
How much pollution created in the process?
You asking about fumes? I would be interested as well
“Life in plastic, its fantastic!”
Wouldn't these plastic tiles fail all fire safety regulations n protocols?
I don’t think those tiles will wear for a long period of time. It’s a great idea though.
But our biggest obstacle is still
Annihilating plastics of Any kind under is doesn’t exist!
It actually looks decent, and i commend the effort involved, but the problem is its just slightly postponing the time bc it inevitably gets ripped out and put in landfill : /
If you really want to salvage it, it would make sense to keep it in a form where it can be melted and transformed again when at end of "life".
I wish I could recycle kanekalon like this.
I wish here in Mexico they’ll do that! But because of its cost they don’t 😢 I do it in my house at least but my family is so tired of my recycle containers 😂
Yay! Let's breathe more microplastic!
That's not how microplastic behaves. We usually eat as a pollutantin in our nutrition. So just don't eat the wall tiling I guess.
You're right in that there's an alarming presence of microplastic in food (and water), however, it does not mean that it's solely there. Inhaling plastic particles is just as real, almost as common, and just as concerning.@@AlexTrusk91
@@AlexTrusk91how sure are you can’t inhale micro polyester fibers because boogers tell me otherwise.😅
Woww Suoooper 🥰🥰🥰🥰
What about the pollution from melting the plastic
GREAT 👌👍 well done😊
Is this really more feasible than outlawing plastics? Is this going to be cheaper, have no pollution and get rid of plastic waste?!
Interesting
Show this to the eco protestors
God bless everyone on here❤
the people who litter on the side of the road right by our house needs to see how useful this crap could be.
That looks so ugly
Can you really tell the difference from equivalent sized and colored ceramic tiles? I don't really like the small square style tile either, but if that's what you're going w, the plastic doesn't change aesthetic
Maybe it just needs a glossy finish. I most often see fake tiles posing as expensive stuff anyways
