thanks for the review, going soon
Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoy your stay at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos
Awesome video! Makes me want to go there!
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed the video.
I would give it one star, at least if you are visiting in the winter with kids. Yes the staff is nice, but the pools are cold, apparently the heaters have not worked well for a season, and there is a line for every restaurant, the food is just ok. Not much to do in Cabos with kids.
Thanks for watching my review video. Sorry to hear that the pool heaters were broken when you went, that severely diminished the quality of the stay. Yes, I agree there are long lines at the restaurants. We made one dinner reservation at Dozo and opted to go to the other main restaurants during slightly atypical meal times to combat the crowds.
Did you have to pay for anything after paying for your hotel room?
Hi. Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos charges a 36.31 Mexican Pesos (~$2 USD) environmental tax per room, per night. The only things you can pay for in the resort are spa treatments and items at the pop up stores and gift shop. Otherwise, food, drinks, and entertainment are complimentary.
