Temple trekking life hack, do everything on easy and choose the blue path, skip all events and teleport on the time consuming ones (mud pool etc), you can grind out up to 50 an hour
I doubt you'll read this but I've done 100+ hours of temple trekking on my ironman alone, (pre eoc hundreds of hours on a fully maxed account) i'm actually doing it right now as a matter of fact, i use it to farm coal/iron ore/bowstrings/toadflax/~25-30k slayer xp/hour/and most extensively pure essence. If you're after some rough rates, at 4-9 minutes per run im getting 5-6k pure ess/hour, 2k coal and 1k iron/hour, 3k bowstrings/hour, cant recall toadflax per hour been a while since that. Most efficient way is to do hard route with the easy follower. max rewards fastest way, i would however HIGHLY recommend mory legs 3 and rod of ivandis as without it the juvinates arent even worth doing its worth just resetting your run. u can overhead pretty much everything.
you should put your cash stack into kingdom you can get flax and maple logs for fletching, which can then be sold to bow shop in varrock herbs for herblore nests with seeds for farming / crush the nests for brews coal for smithing hard wood for construction
