I am not even one week until tomorrow, and I lost 7.2 lbs already. No side effects either. I am on 2.5 right now. 55 years old.
We wish you all the best as you continue on your weight loss journey!
@@FormHealthOfficial thank you so much.
That's amazing do you feel like you ate a lot before because I don't feel like I eat a lot
Is that possible? 7.2 lbs in less than a week lol
Congratulations sister!
I have lost 125lb since last October! When I started taking the medicine, I changed my diet to a more low carb one! I began to exercise! For me boxing is a great calorie burn in 30 minutes! When I started I weighed in at 436! I am at 309 this morning! A word of advice you can’t eat the same stuff on this medicine and expect it to work! It takes effort on the patients part!
Thank you for sharing your experience, what an awesome story!
@@FormHealthOfficial thank you! It is a battle everyday. I feel as good as I have in many years!
🎉 congratulations
Keep it going we r rooting for your next message of success !
@@ugoakusoba4094 thank you! I am going back on Zepbound Saturday! I have been Wegovy for two months and no weight loss! My insurance has approved Zepbound so I will go back on it this weekend at 15 mg! The 2.4 of wegovy did nothing for me!
I’m going into month 3 now. First month, 2.5, second month, 5mg and now on first week of 7.5. I’ve lost 24 pounds so far. Diabetic w/ pcos and I’m flabbergasted at the weight loss. The loss of appetite at times is horrible because I cannot eat much of anything & that causes low energy. I haven’t added in any additional exercises (yet) but I’ve recently started a service business that gets me to moving a lot. I’m excited to see further results and an updated A1C. Just wish I could at least eat somewhat normal 😔
You should consult your prescribing provider if you are experiencing any side effects. We wish you all the best!
This is so encouraging!! Thanks for your review!!
@@myzzjazz some more encouragement. My doc suggested I go back to 5mg because I was not able to eat or drink Anything. Not even a sip of water without feeling nauseous. So… I still don’t have a huge appetite at all, but at least I’m able to eat and drink enough for energy. I’ve now lost a total of 60 pounds. No longer a diabetic. A1C is 5.5.
@@ShaeJ_Shae God is good!! Girl we need to talk/private message or something lol cause I too have have PCOS and a diabetic and it’s bad. You got me in tears over here lol 🥹 I’m so happy for you!!
@@myzzjazz & thank you 😊
I started the first dose a week ago (2.5.) No appetite and I don’t care about food.
Down a few lbs already.
We wish you all the best. If you have any questions about working with a medical weight loss program such as FORM, we are happy to answer.
For best results weight train.
Weight training can be a great exercise included in a weight loss plan. Our team works with patients to create the best workout plan for their lifestyle.
Ozempic caused me a trip to the ER from gallstones. Now trying to see if I try Mounjaro with less side effects.
We hope that you fins a plan that works for you! We understand that medication side effects can vary from person to person, at FORM patients meet with their Care Team regularly to monitor medication safety and adjust as needed.
Have you tried Mounjaro yet? I would like some feedback pls.
I realized the magnitude of my metabolic syndrome when I literally did not lose any weight until I got to 15mg and even that started working after two months!!!!
I started around February and am at the end of May, meaning I'm about to start the 12.5. Somehow I've only lost like 12 or 13 lbs, but I've also changed my diet.
Mounjaro's weight loss effects can vary from person to person depending on a variety of biological and environmental factors. If you are concerned about your weight loss progress, we recommend that you speak with your prescribing provider who may help adjust your plan.
Well done , atleast its coming off
I'm sedentary from being in a WC, with muscle atrophy. Not able to exercise much. I struggle with food noise. Hoping to reduce this. I already eat 1100-1300 calories which make me maintain/gain. Could I still lose weight with this?
I am on my 3rd month of the mounjaro 7.5. I have lowered my a1c to about 6 from a 10.9. But I don’t eat very much and have started to exercise and it causes me Severe GI issues. I have to drink water and force myself to eat the first 4 days and I have very bad headaches and body pains
If you are experiencing any side effects while taking Mounjaro we advise that you speak with your prescribing provider.
Diarrhea for a week on Mounjaro 2.5. My kidneys were not getting any water. Very bad trip.
We are sorry to hear about your difficult experience with Mounjaro side effects. If you are still experiencing any difficulties we at FORM always recommend that you speak with your prescribing provider.
So what happened did you stay on it did you just increase water intake
I'm om Mounjaro 2.5mg and I have the same symptom. I drink lots of water but my kidneys are not getting the water out as it do
@user-uu1wx3dr7v how do you know? Are you not urinating or do your kidneys hurt?
@@user-iz3oe4zq2d Thank you for your concern, I noticed that the amount I urinate is littel comparing with the amount of water I drink.
I just started the lowest dose and it hasnt done nothing....still have an appetite. It isnt working what can i do?
The rate at which someone loses weight depends on numerous factors including caloric intake, age, activity level, and other medications a person may be taking. If you have been taking Mounjaro and not seeing results, we recommend you speak with your prescribing provider to assess the best plan for you to move forward.
My A1C has never been better
That is awesome, we are so happy for you!
Back in 2015, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my A1C was at an 11. No matter how hard I tried, I could not get my A1C below a 7. Today. Thanks to Mounjaro, I'm at a 5.9. Less than a year.
I am currently on my third month. 7.5 MG. After a month of Ozempic. And I am extremely discouraged. No results at all yet. Is there still hope for me?
Similar experience here. Hoping the answer is yes...
If you have any concerns about your Ozempic prescription you should speak with your prescribing provider to come up with the best plan of action for you. Learn more about how FORM prescribes medications here- www.formhealth.co/weight-loss-medications
Are you on ozempic or mounjaro? 7.5mg is mounjaro dosing but you say your on ozempic.
Yes there is hope. Maybe change up your diet. Are you getting in enough protein, water?
M0@@FormHealthOfficial
- are you drinking minimum 2LT water a day?
- are you doing some form of exercising like walking, cardio, light workout, etc.?
- are you eating enough calories in a day? (Less carbs, low fat, high protein diet)
- I recommend intermittent fasting as well. For example: I start my first meal at 1pm, and the last one at 8pm. After 8pm, I basically only drink tea, water, etc.
these are the stuff that I’m paying attention to right now on Zepbound.
I see so many messages but to my sigh i was in 5months ozempic it did not work not a little then i switch to saxenda but nothing i am so so upset and heart broken. I have started that i am ugly bloated and never going to loose weight

Sulphur burps...watch that gallbladder??
Can I take this medicine if I’m on blood thinners also, I’m allergic to a lot of antibiotics so I’m really frightened of taking it but I really need to do something
I was going to start the Wegovy but it is out of stock everywhere
Will I be safe taking this medication?
If you have any concerns about the safety of taking a medication, we recommend that you speak to your prescribing provider.
Why titrate up doses monthly?
Medications such as Mounjaro are prescribed in increasing doses in order to minimize side effects and increase one's tolerance of the medication.
How to avoid the low blood sugar?
The best way to develop a plan that helps to avoid low blood sugar is to speak with your prescribing provider.
I’m doubled over in pain. This is horrible

Is the appetite suppression the only power of moujari? I already eat very low calories...but I can't lose weight: I have pcos and insulin resistance and lipedema
Mounjaro can be prescribed for those with type 2 diabetes to manage blood sugar or it can be prescribed off-label for weight loss. At FORM, we can work with patients dealing with PCOS and insulin resistance by creating a personalized plan for you.
That's because you need to exercise!!!
@@AnastasiaBeaverhousn oh really?! That's great news!! I didn't know it!! Ofc I am doing sport. Btw sInce i am on mj I am losing weight eating even more dense of nutrients food. I answer myself: no, MJ doesn't have the appetite suppression property only.
Week 8 blood sugar has gone from 210 yo 450. Gained ten pounds experiencing extreme joint pain and im always hungry.
We are sorry to hear about your difficulties. It is important that you consult your prescribing provider right away and they will be able to address your side effects.
Couldnt you push a better diet, like carnivore or keto, or is it too hard to limit those evil carbs? Arent you supposed yo heal people, not maintain their disease with drugs?
FORM provides patients with a personalized plan that includes nutrition, physical activity, mindset shifts, and medication when appropriate.
I’m on my 5th month and I’m down only 11 lbs 🥲 but trusting the process none the less
We wish you all the best!
