    This is Palmas Turquesa. It's not central and it's West of the Highway. That's the only area you will find prices like this.

    • @grandsolismedia
      @grandsolismedia  Před 2 měsíci

      Very True! It's not central, but I wonder if some people might like that more. We found this area to be a lot less noisier than where we live. We are 5 blocks from the beach in a 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath and pay $12,000 pesos, or $713usd. I guess it depends on what you are looking for, do you live in Playa del Carmen?

    They want all these references. What happens to a person who wants to retire there. Don't have all these references. But I can afford it.

      This is in the Palmas Turquesa area of Playa Del Carmen. We saw more than three rental properties and this is the first that asked for references. Hope that helps!

      Yes, there's definitely an inverter in two of the three, but there might be one in all three. Are you in the market?

    Hi, can a person do a long-term rental and only live in the apartment when they need to get away from time to time. I have a business in Florida, so I am not looking to relocate now. Thank you

    • @grandsolismedia
      @grandsolismedia  Před 4 měsíci

      Yes, definitely! There are a lot of people who do that since the prices down here are so affordable. Have you been to Mexico before?

    How much was the apartment? I’m sorry if you mentioned it. I see the title just wondering the actual cost for planning purposes.
