Two things: 1) I think the trailer was "leaked" to get people interested in going to the theater. Disney+ is killing it while theater releases are.... 2) Have Dafoe wear the other Green Goblin mask from the OG Spiderman bts footage!
It was only a joke that there wasn't going to be a trailer. It was always going to be released when it did because it was going to be shown at CinemaCon during the Sony presentation.

I don’t mind Maguire (I can’t stand Dunst) but I do think his portrayal stands up a bit better over time. Had Garfield been directed differently he would have the edge. Also, I’m with y’all that Spider-Man 2 was cool but I never thought it was the greatest thing ever.

Are they three different set of multiverse ? I have more questions than anything, the trailer was ok. I could have done with out the Spider-Man trailer.

JB Smoove was in Far From Home. Tobey Maguire's Spidey was boring as hell. No personality. This story is taking from One More Day(I don't know why, it was an awful story back then and even worse now) and One Moment in Time(a sequel which has the doctor strange aspect). also lol at the Terrance Howard comment. The Spidey Doc Strange relationship is very much like the comics, anytime shit gets too real, Spidey goes to Strange.
Tobey Maguire the OG Spider-Man, Andrew Garfield didn't even feel right at first, but I've gotten use to him.
