Yes Isaac!, Your approach to teaching guitar is good! Simplistic.. You make it look and feel its like talking> I love this. I am from Zimbabwe!
zulu mike thanks fam’ 🙏🏾☺️
In fact, music should be a conversation, a story told clearly to inspire and bring people to heaven 🤷🏾♂️
One love to the family in Zimbabwe ❤️
Thank you so much, Mr Isaac. Have been following you for two years now and I have learnt so much from you. You are the best teacher I have ever met on CZcams when it comes to African lead and rythymic guitar. Just some few lessons have missed due to the language you use sometimes. God bless you!
I traveled through Central Africa some 30 years ago. From Douala to Kisangani I remember the beat of this music. It was a very powerful and exciting sound. I do a Travis type picking with a plect. This seem somewhat similar but a more exciting sound. Good luck with the project.
Pat Flynn good ☺️ 30 years ago ?! Was it for work ?
Happy to read that I am sure this experience has created a unique style of yours 🤔
Thanks for the support 🙏🏾
Traveling in a overland truck through North, West, Central and East Africa just for the sake of making the journey and experiencing the real Africa.
Pat Flynn wow Amazing ! 👌🏾
I hope you have made a book with all those memories ☺️
You probably know Africa more than me and many other native africans 😅
This guitar style is amazing. Your lesson is so learner friendly. More please.
Such great music. The groove. Really makes one appreciate African music.
Isaac, I like the way you explain how to learn playing sebene. I grew up dancing Congolese music, but this time, I developed interest in learning how to play guitar.
Man I've always loved this style of music since visiting Africa a few years ago, so much life and beauty between the notes. Thank you so much for sharing and please keep them coming 🙏🏼
Alex J thank you very much for your interest and support 🙏🏾 In which country have you been ?
@@IsaacSariel-English I lived in Botswana for a year but I was blessed with the opportunity to see pretty much the whole of southern Africa. Met a lot of amazing people who were kind enough to introduce me to Seben! along with a lot of other African vibes. I've been trying to incorporate similar flavours into my own music and you've helped a lot
Alex J amazing ☺️ my pleasure I am happy to read your message 🙏🏾
And it’s good to see open minded people like you, hope you will come back in Africa 💪🏾

Thanks Isaac, ur videos are truly helpful, big up to u man
“I'm married now..." Haha! Congrats, Isaac. Speaking of the new apartment, there'll be no more interfering noise of trains passing.
Joshua Nnachi ha ha .. Thank you very much fam’ 🙏🏾☺️
No more train noise but the apartment is in front of a big popular square so .. 😅 you may have heard police siren in the previous video... 🤷🏾♂️
Hopefully I will have my own house where nothing will disturb 🙏🏾☺️
Beautiful! Thank You Sincerely.
So amazing love 🎉.
U inspire me a lot
Issac singing the rhythm at 6:24 is very useful. Picking goes somewhat easier if you know the beat pattern behind it. GREAT sound. I use a pick + 2 fingers to get these types of layers, but now I realize it's good to leave some air around those arpeggiated notes.
you're so helpful my man
I enjoy how you teach,
I was zero from playing the guitar but since I watched your video I have developed my guitar little bit thanks so much God bless you more and more bro
So happy to read this kind of feedback 😍🥰 Let’d carry on together 🙏🏾
I like this!
Arpeggios: making basic chords sound better for more than 3,000 years
Most Hated what defines an arpeggio?
@@alanross3843 playing a chord whether a triad, seventh. whatever but playing the notes in ascending or descending order for instance. to play a c major triad "arpeggio" would be playing C E G
chords have only existed for the past 500 or so years
Please looked me i play guitar jam 🎸🎼
its really good!!!!
I love the lesson 💕💕💕
Thank you so much sir I really learnt alot from you I pray that the Lord will continue to strengthen you Amen.....
Nwafor Christian amen brother 🙏🏾

Asante saana sir great video
Good lesson it open my mind blessing nuff respect gq
I like the way you teach
This is superb ❤
I like your work bro....
Go on
God bless you..
Was needing a new tutor (baritone uke. I find it actually suits older blues, and international folk music styles quite fine) after I outgrew my last one. So happy to have just found you! Have been drumming all my life, so this rhumba rhythm isn't the problem-the Arpeggios are what I gotta focus on! :-D
Much love
Gorgeous music and playing.
Awesome stuff Isaac
félicitations tu fais du bon boulot
I love the beat
I really like your of teaching
Sangonini!

Sango malamu muana mboka!
Thats very nice I like it, and I need to learn more from you...
Daniel Thom e2
Ah, thank you, Isaac! Exactly what I was looking for! 😃😃😃
gbormann71 my pleasure 😉
@@IsaacSariel-English I kept it simple and started jamming in C using the I-IV-V-IV chord progression and arpeggiating the C-shape chord just along the A string in the C-shape, just focussing on the rhythm!
I finally start to hear what I (as a plain vanilla white European 🤣) like so much in seben. This will be my basis to find more efficient voicings and then finally start improvising...something which eluded me for so long!!
Thank you so much! Just seeing you do it on an acoustic guitar was what clicked with me!
