On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger. Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.
Make 30×50 with 2 floors...1 hall kitchen and bedroom with attached toilet,and common powder room on ground floor
And on 2nd floor,2 bedroom with attached toilet,family lounge, and gym

Let me know how can we get quote for any new design request or if you have any design with size of 28X28 feet with west and south roadside please share , It will be great help but in that design I want separate the drawing room with kitchen and bedroom in ground floor so that if outsider is coming at home can't be able to see my family inside the home either they are cooking etc. Also should be there a car parking at least size of 13 by 8 feet. Please share your input thank you
