Pulled my brother-in-law last night, he's 256lbs vs my 164lbs. He's not educated in armwrestling, but you guys have taught me tons... he couldn't move me! Keep it up my friends. Staying strong and loving armwrestling!

Awesome post. Thx. Working my way through them
Good morning boys hope all is well today and your having a wonderful weekend also thank you for sharing your information and knowledge in away that anyone could learn from and I love going back and watching your older training videos
3 of my best friends can't move my left and right arm when arm wrestling with them and I get half of my arm wrestling training from your channel. I have been doing this type of training for 3 months and I have better strength than before Thanks man.💪
you mean you armwrestle them individually or do you have them all armwrestle you at the same time since that'll differ by orders of magnitude
Best armwrestling video ever!, thanks guys for everything
Glad you enjoy it!
I need more table practice I feel like I need more experience towards armwrestling and weight training provided for this in armwrestling
This is such a great CZcams channel. You guys provide great information! 💪🏼 Thank you.
Thanks Tim, cheers.
Great video - our team will definitely be trying this! The nice thing is that this is way more sustainable than the regular practice where everyone does competition starts and goes hard - you hurt a lot after those, and especially when a novice you need up to a week or more of recovery! This way (and Ryan's "steaming eggs" approach) makes it so you can get table time every week, or even several times a week.
Glad it was helpful!
You can also do cupping versus pronation it's very good exercise on table.
I would hate to see Janis mad. He seems like he could fuck some shit up. He's got that stare.
This is what I was asking about on the weights. Table exercise.
:))))
Didnt know you two are in a relationship!
good one :D
Bromance
very nice
really interesting excercises, do you still do these? i'll try them out next practice!
Sir if its possible to make vedio on mass gain exercises for arm wrestling
thank you
:)
Good training advice 💪💪💪👊🇳🇴
Glad you enjoyed it
Техника правой руки Яниса просто шикарная. Спасибо парни.
:)))
Good work guys as always. Love the technicality of the sport and also how you train. For example how you break down and analyze each movement. It’s how you become a more efficient arm wrestler in general. Exactly how I train as well.
Appreciate it!
good job
Thank you! Cheers!

I would say 40-41- Ray. But I don`t know
hey where should i get a armwrestling table? on a budget
Make it yourself on budget.
@@voiceofarmwrestling any video you know of? im sure there is lots of different designs, thanks
@@micahgorbics8556 If I were you, I'd just get the dimensions of a mazurenko or combatarmsport table, go to the hardware store and find parts that will work for the pads, pin pads, table surface and legs, then construct it with some simple tools, I made one out of just wood, yoga mats and metal pipe for the pegs, it isn't perfect but only cost maybe $50.
Not being rude, seriously, but the title should be
Arm wrestling training with *A* partner
Thank You. As you know not first language... :)
