2 lbs split, cleaned wings
2 tsps soy sauce
Salt and black pepper
2 tsps garlic powder
2 tsps onion powder
1 tsp ginger powder

2 tsps canola oil
1 tsp minced ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsps Gochujang
2 tbsps rice wine vinegar
1 - 2 tbsps brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice (if sweetened, adjust the brown sugar amount used in the sauce)
1/4 cup honey
Chili flakes

Seasoned Flour:
1 cup Cornstarch
3/4 cup allpurpose Flour
2 tsps baking powder
Salt (optional)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
sesame seeds for garnish

How do I prevent the wings from getting soggy after adding the sauce. That happened to me last time and they weren’t crispy anymore 😕
I didn't have that issue but usually if there's water in the glaze or sauce then eventually the coating will not be as crispy. However, sometimes the following does help
1. Deepfrying instead of shallow frying, for an even crispy coating
2. Using cornstarch in the dry mix
3. Using an egg wash and doing a double coat
4. Making sure the wings are thoroughly coated
5. Using soda water in the batter

You have to fry the chicken hard put the sauce in a big bowl throw the chicken in top on flip it around a couple times it’ll be crispy with delicious sauce
