Tropical Pineapple Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
✅️Chicken:
2.5 lbs party wings
1 tbsp Maggi Chicken seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp turmeric
✅️Coating:
1 cup allpurpose Flour
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Maggi Chicken seasoning
Salt and pepper
Egg wash - 2 eggs and 1/4 cup water
✅️Sauce:
1 1/2 - 2 tbsps Soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 - 2 tbsps Apple cider or rice vinegar
1 - 2 tsps Finely minced ginger
1 1/2 tsp Finely Minced garlic
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup water/mango/pineapple juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup diced pineapple
cayenne to taste
✅️Cook time varies depending in the SIZE of the wings and whether you do WHOLE or SPLIT wings.They could take anywhere from 8 - 14 minutes. Whole wings will take 12 - 14 minutes and smaller party wings will take less time. However, you should definitely cook to suit your palate 😄
✅️If you don't own a deepfryer, you may use a heavy bottomed pot to cook the wings.
Oil for deep frying
