Hey Angelo, I love how you summarized what a BA should be doing in the beginning here and simplified it to communicating Six things: Need, {Context}, Stakeholders, Solution, Change, and Value. I am hoping you can expound a little on the Context and what you mean by communicating Context. The other 5 make sense to me. Just hoping for example of communicating Context to everyone. Thank you!
Context is all the things that are essentially in the ecosystem of the work you're doing that impacts things. For example, any laws or regulations that might dictate boundaries you have to work within. Or if a deadline is based on external factors that we have to meet, like needing to be ready for the holiday rush. Or that the CEO hates red, so avoid that color in the solution.
Hi Angelo. I'm a PM and I don't think my product owner and BA are doing a good job with requirements and stakeholders. I think they are excluding few stakeholders from the requirements conversation. What should I do and what I need them to do and provide documentation
You need to confirm. Simple as that. As an I assume project manager (PM could also be product manager in this context), it is your responsibility. Ask them about the stakeholders you think they've excluded "Do we need to include XYZ who is impacted?" , "We need to confirm with XYZ if they are okay with these changes?" or ask the stakeholders if they need to be included "Hi, we're making changes in these spaces, do you need to be included in the discussion"
Hello Angelo. Thank you for your videos. I am currently working in a technical role at my current job where I work in IT Operations which involves managing batch jobs and processes, automation, and supporting alot of the backend processing and activities for our clients. I do eventually want to transition into a BA role after working in a technical role for a few year. Since experience is always desired for employers, how should I prepare for BA job interviews when I don't have experience in Business Analysis. Is there certain things that you recommend that I should look into to help prepare me for a BA role in the future as well as any must have skills I should look into getting in order for me to be better equipped for when I do decide to transition as a BA
I am consistently blown away by the quality of your illustrations and the clarity of your content. Thank you.

At this point I so wish you were my manager. I'd really learn a lot from you.
I can't make that happen, but I can answer questions you might have or make videos that help you out.
Super😄😄 Thank you
