- A short clip of the Gibb brothers followed by Peter Frampton, interviewed on a Hollywood lot in 1977 for the filming of the ill-fated Sgt Peppers movie, a bridge too far and ill-conceived idea for the British hitmakers, riding height at the height of their disco-era success.

Peter Frampton always comes across as such a good natured, affable person and he's still exactly the same today. Product of really good parents and a supportive, stable upbringing. Such a delight to see this ❤

Robin was so introspective. And made such intelligent comments. Considering they had minimal education . The "family" thing had a Major impact on their talents and success in the industry. And they relentlessly comment about the the fact they are Blood ....blood is thicker than water. That's a big factor as to why they existed over 4- 5 decades.

very fun interview. I'm from New Zealand, so it was nice to hear Peter Frampton mention the name. Love the Bee Gees as well. I was just 5 in 1977 June onwards.

PETER FRAMPTON, INOLVIDABLE CON SU " BABY, l Love YOUR way" y " SHOW ME THE WAY" , enloqueció y enamoró a más de una generación y hoy sigue haciendo música, o por lo menos eso vi en CZcams, adorable, simpático cómo los Bee Gees y my idol ROBIN, si fue o no un error esa película, no soy quien, ni la conocí en su momento.. pero que BEE GEES canta las canciones de los BEATLES maravillosamente y casi mejor muchas, no le queda duda a mí gusto. La versión de "Oh Darling" de Robin, por ejemplo, es DIVINA... y el video muuuy simpático..amo todo lo que hicieron, hacen y harán, por siempre VIVOS !!! 🙏❤️🌹

Two absolutely HUGE albums were Saturday night fever and Frampton comes as alive in the 70s. I bought them both.

Lovely to finally see something from the Sgt Pepper's shooting days. I know everybody trashes the movie but its a LOT of fun and not worst than all the Richard Lester movies did with the Beatles. And the album from the Bee Gees, Peter Frampton and all the guest stars is a masterpiece, to me way better than the original. Keep trashin' the Bee Gees and Frampton critics and snob people, they did a WONDERFUL job with "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"

They all regretted doing that movie. It was a complete flop for the Bee Gees and Peter Frampton
but it's such a fun movie! I love it.
