It does tell you the minimum (so no effect for 3 star, blue effect for 4 star, gold effect for 5 star) but it can be better. Always nice getting a surprise 5 star on a non-gold ring ^^

I had insane pulls on this banner got Ex Tressa A4 in 2 rounds and had 3 copies of Ex Prim did 5 more pulls and got Prim to A4 U10 also.
