Thank you for a series of very comprehensive videos on the soul's purpose mirrored through the Tarot. I have read "The Fire Within" by Fr. Thomas Dubay on the writings of Sts. Teresa of Avila and John of the Cross. She wrote beautiful books, "The Way of Perfection", "The Interior Castle" as well as others which describe your ascent and growth spiritually. St. John of the Cross is most famous for his "The Dark Night of the Soul"which talks about "spiritual dryness". Spiritual dryness can be very frustrating for someone who is trying to learn about themselves and their relationship with GOD.
I brought this up because the way that you described a person's growth via Tarot, is reflected perfectly in these works. Understanding the REAL Tarot is now so easy for me.-------Thank you!

Sacred Seed Thank you for your kindness. A quick point, St. Teresa in "The Interior Castle", talks about that castle having seven rooms and ascending (advancing) to each one in your journey to perfection. There is that seven again.

Very cool. That said, this dialogue is very "me" centered. In my readings and relationships, I see larger potential. In the Wheel, for instance, it could be more about anyone's situation with the icons of the "animals" (wisdom, spirit, guidance) vs. the big YOU or ... it can be about what the "globe" is or might be experiencing. I read not only on the individual level, but also on the global. It can be so broad.

I love the idea of shadow work for the justice card. Justice, to me, is the knowledge that whatever we do a recalibration is going to occur, action by action, our world aligns tips and realigns. It is in our best interest to guide the alignment/realignment processes through skillful thinking and intentional action. By the way, could you give book recommendations or do a video on spiritual alchemy? Its alluded to in everything I read about the occult but I am having trouble deciding how to tackle the subject head on. Older texts always seem so cryptic and newer ones don't always seem to be talking about the same thing.
your work is so inspirational and illuminating. thank you for sharing without pretense and with clarity. its clear that you have done the hard work to understand the tarot. have you considered writing a book for others?

Am a bit confused as to why you read the justice card before the hermit instead of the strength card which I have as the eighth card of the major arcana..thanks for you brilliant and practical videos which are helping me on my discovery of tarot..have always been interested in and practice spiritual paths,yoga meditation chi gong,and last couple of years opening up on the paths of shadow work and shamanic healing and only last month got my first tarot deck of the rider Waite variety,I like to try and learn from the root if poss,.alkso got a keepers of the light oracle cards which I really like for more intuitive universal work..not so specific in its symbology..
