Everything is made of up energy. You are a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. Your spirit is what lives on; it is your energetic soul self.
Join me as I explore some of the ways you can physically feel, energetically sense, and care for your own energetic field, known as your aura. It is the part of your energetic soul that extends beyond your physical body. When they're connected to the Divine or abundant Love, it becomes that radiant light that emanates from holy people.
Perhaps, like me, your auric field needs extra attention and care. This segment is especially essential if you are sensitive, a psychic, a medium, or an empath (someone who picks up other people's energy).
In this session, I share some ways for you to feel auric fields, notice when yours needs care, and how to help yourself do so!
In this segment, you will hear me say: "I release and detach all energy that is in Truth not mine. I claim back to me all energy that is in Truth mine; let it be cleansed or dissolved by the light upon its return to me. And so, it is!" This is a helpful intonation that I use when necessary. And I teach it in some of my in-person classes when working with energy connections, energy releases, and claiming back your own power.

It's rough growing up and told i am lying or crazy and then beginning school, my mom, taking me aside, telling me I must not talk about some things. I think she was truely afraid i could be taken away...When she oassed, She came to me. She said: "I am so sorry for not understanding you, as a child."🤗

I was told my auric field is 26 miles wide and that people who travel into my town will feel it while driving through. My daughter in law confirmed this when she came to visit me, she said the closer we got to your house the more I got goose bumps and felt the energy change. She said the hair on her head was standing up lol . My aura is blue … a Master teacher. Your video just showed up on my feed because I have to learn how to protect myself and I appreciate your work . Absolutely loved it I had forgotten all this , I have been I guess developing for a few yrs now but I struggle cause of ADHD so I tend to forget a lot and I don’t have any spiritual routines which I would love to but the mind is always else where , so Thank you again now I know why I have felt so tired and drained and plus I am cancer , but so glad the universe answered my prayer for a mentor ❤

Do you know that those who are diagnosed with ADHD are actually very spiritually gifted and are labeled with such disorder as a way to make others believe there’s something wrong with them, same thing with those of us who have visions. We’ve been programmed to except that something is wrong with us when in fact it’s all programming. Start speaking to yourself as if you know your gifted and not labeling yourself. Say my mind is calm and I think clearly . I am Gods highest form of creation ❤ you’ll be surprised at the change . Keep positive thoughts and push negative thoughts away. 35:13 I remember playing a little game with my friends when I was a kid where we would close our eyes and have someone point to the space between our eyes, slowly moving forward and the person with their eyes closed would say when they thought they felt the other person touching them. I didn’t know it at the time but we were basically testing the reach of our Auric Fields?! How cool is that???

I feel energies as well. I grew up talking openly about what I sensed and saw. People never questioned me or said anything until I was like 17 and one of my childhood friend asked me. When I was a young girl I use to see the halo's over peoples heads, I thought everyone did until I asked my Gram in church one day a question about them, the question, I spiritually knew the answer to. I was around 12 yrs old within a short time thereafter I lost my ability to see them.🙏✝️🕊✨️
Yes! We can get that ability back. I remember being able to see auras. One day I told my mother I could see lights around people. I touched the air right above her arm and told her that jersey goes out this far and some people have different colors but hers what white. She thought it was weird and told not to tell other people, so I stopped trying to see it because I didn't want to be "weird". I now wish I had the guidance then to know what was happening and develop it better. Imagine where people like you and I would be today if we were encouraged at a young age to keep doing these things!

Thank you for sharing about Vipasana! I have been looking for solutions and this sounds like a good coping strategy. I am a survivor of trauma and multiple forms of repeated abuse by people close to me. My alarm sounds often and loudly as a result which can be hard to manage. That scenario where you stepped in and out due to nausea rang so true to me! I was somewhere where the person had Cancer which I didn't know at the time and I got so nauseous that I was dizzy and had to run to the bathroom to vomit! It was quite intense and overwhelming. I had the sense that she knew. They were spiritual people and had prayer, drumming, native American circles in their big back yard that left a strong energy vortex imprint on the land. Omg, I am very gluten intolerant as well.

Its interesting how, when and why people will change their aura and of course many dont realize they have one but someone walks in the room and one person in the room crosses their arms, there went theres, someone else puts their hands on their hips chest up In that super man pose and theirs surge out. Energy reacting to energy, very few in public crowds can be neutral they either cower trying to turn inside out or they try to take up the place. Love the talk just found your channel will consume it all in chunks the next few days 🙏

Oh my dear they are there it is difficult to feel them when bipolar is acting up. I have also been diagnosed with bipolar and a laundry list of things. Bipolar afflicts those who are open and sensitive. The Veil is thinner for you than others. There is a book called the empath survival guide you should probably grab a copy and read it. Angels can manifest heat because their energy is so high. Pay attention to the temperature because they are there I promise you.

When i was a kid i could see "my ring". It caused me to do odd things such as feeling backwards if someone walked around me. Anyway, id like to understand what that was better. what was it that had you stop seeing your ring (of light and protection and emanating energy field)?

Ooops! I was so wrapped up in sharing what was “coming to me about you”, that I forgot to address the question: 🤭🤣😜silly me. Sorry! Ok, here goes…
As for your feeling backwards when someone walked around you, I “get” that when your two energy fields collided, the brush of their field “turned you around in a way” as it “re-spun” your field.
This has happened to me, when I get “hit” by another person’s energy (auric) field in my solar plexus chakra - and I have to put my right thumb into the center of my solar plexus chakra and twist my hand at the wrist to spin it clockwise again.
This happened to you on an entire body level!!
In those moments: ABC
Awareness: IE: I just got turned around, I feel discombobulated, etc
Breath: Take a breath and use that to pull your energy back to you and ground into your body and the earth and present.
Care: What do you need to do/what are you called to do now, for self- care, cleansing and or healing ?
You are incredibly energetically sensitive! This is an awesome thing! Knowing how to work with this powerful aspect of yourself will be key to an easier life. I suggest you watch any video I have on Empaths and Sensitives. You will probably see yourself in that material.
Also, not only do you pick up on other people/animals energy- you are capable of the same with places and things. I have a podcast on ClairTangency that should resonate.
But mostly, in this video you watched, I encourage you to practice the lessons and games on moving your auric field (I’m getting goosebumps now 😊) Your mastery in this will be a lifechanger!
You are meant to be an energy master. This is someone who is accomplished at working with, transmuting, and conducting energy. You already do it, but being conscious of it and working with it will be so very cool and rewarding for you and the world.
Your work is with the frequency of vibrations. Whether you choose to do that publicly or privately is up to you 🌟

I’m so very grateful for this! I feel that I was able to clear my auric field and establish some tangible roots for my future practice. I’m not sure why but I find the laughing distracting - maybe because it somehow communicates a different message to the rest of your high vibrational message, just like the little alarming sound separators you use across the video, if it makes sense. Ahh 🤯🫣 I don’t know what to do with this information??😆🤣. For close to 9yrs I worked in the city of Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺. I would catch the train in and have to make my way through a crowd of people everyday to get to work. I have always done everything you have mentioned with my breath and setting my intention and I would white light myself but I would push my aura out! Not too far and it was more of a protective (I hate the word bubble 🫧) but it was so nobody would walk into me while I was making a bee line to work. It absolutely worked every time. I luv your videos and I will continue to binge watch thank you 🙏 ❤

I did the same way as you say about the aura feeld when u come in a crouded room ,but i do not anny more i now this works mutch better i set my aura feeld compleetly open with no walls so nothing can atatatch to it anny more it works like craisy

I've been on this Spiritual path for many many years now, Im very Sensitive Empathic. I couldnt belive it when i seen this on my nxt video feed auto play after a Spirit Guide reading because i asked & was looking at my Aura in the mirror, all ive ever seen is white & turquoise colour, i belive we all have them colours & after the turquoise thats when we see are Aura colour? Please correct me if im wrong..Love Horses, i belive i have one as a Animal Guide & 2 beautiful Crows that always seen to follow me when im on journeys, there not Spirit there real lol. Anyway any tips would be gratefully recived..Blessed Be🌘💛💛

Dear Constance, thank you for your interesting videos! I've discovered your channel yesterday (in a funny way :) ) I'm not a native speaker so sorry for my english. I would like to ask you kindly your "opinion"...I started to see in some way aura field 11 years ago, usually in the mirror, only sometimes with other people (I'm never relaxed with other people, childhood staff you know).After having seen your video my question is: when i see myself in the mirror and I move my hands around my head I "draw" imprints that remains in the air for a while that are like changing rainbow colors... bur actually it looks almost the same like the picture from this video at 5.36 . Is there something more that you know about it? :) Best regards!
Hi! It's great to hear from you! I'm glad you are finding my work interesting. And thanks for your own work in developing your Soul Awareness!! Your experience sounds wonderful. (Though sorry to hear about childhood hardships. I can relate. Peace, Love, and Strength to you.) As for your abilities to draw and see the imprints that remain in the air (WAAAY COOOL!!!), your auric field is comprised of many colors, and I get that you are seeing them in a way that your visionary experience can relate the movement of energies around you. I would suggest you work with this more. And definitely recognize that you have healing hands! Do they ever get hot at random times? Perhaps you could set aside time to sit with your hands on your heart and Tune In to the Angels around you. (Especially since I was talking about Angels at 5:36. I will be getting into more on the Angelic realm and teaching how to connect with them. : ) I think you will resonate with those lessons. I get that you sense energy around you. You're an Empath. If you haven't already, watch my video on Empaths. Also, there is something about sitting and working with the energy in your hands- even focusing them in a relaxed viewing sort of way. I don't want to tell you what I get will/may happen. I want you to see for yourself. If interested, give it a try for a few sessions, and reach back to me with your findings. GOOD LUCK!!! Hi I believe I have attracted the energy of angels who are trying to open my heart more with the possibility of working in the way you do( teaching open heartedness). I have a number of sticky areas in my heart coming through similar childhood and more recently a difficult divorce after 33 yrs..I sensed their presence ( think there may be 2 of them), energy felt tremendously calming and utter peace and stillness, like no worries in my head..is this a trait of theirs?

I find all this very interesting. But I'm wondering, where did you get the idea that angels are your personal servants? I didn't see anything specifically about angels in your video list.
What a good question! The knowing that angles are our personal servants' dates back to biblical times. Angles are God's messengers if you will. They are servants sent to help and protect us.
Constance doesn't have a specific video devoted to angles; however, she does address them in more detail in some of her other videos. She does constantly talk to and about them throughout all of her teachings. 😊❤️💫

How do you know what color your aura is?
Good question Heather! Personally, I discovered mine by using my sister's meditation technique and visualizing my own energy field as a colored light around me. However, I will make sure to get your question to Constance and follow up with her response.

She wants us all to pray to our personal Higher Power by whatever name we choose to call our Divine source. Angels surround us with their care and intercession, protecting us and leading us through our lives. 😇
