It was amazing vacation in the wild. 🌲
perfect videos man. no talking, beautiful scenery, good food cooking. that's a sub from me keep these up they help me sleep
Fire too far from hut. Otherwise cool. You can chop down small trees and lean against structure for added protection. Fast and easy.
Now that I have read some of the comments, I have to congratulate you for making the fire just the right distance. My grandfather taught us kids, 60+ years ago, if the fire is too close, not only will the smoke choke you, the heat building up inside will melt the snow and it will drip into the shelter and that's a bad thing to do. So, CONGRATULATIONS. You really did it right.
Well said and your grandfather was very knowledgeable and correct.
❤❤❤❤
Beautiful forest but with no talking.... I enjoy listening to thoughts. Byby
I like that you are putting pine boughs on your shelter. I see people putting wood or branches all of the time, but the boughs will cut the wind with less work required.
It looks cold but amazing. Nice nature 😍
It’s difficult to survive in a cold forest, but such people have nothing to fear👍
Cz no gf 😅
I like the shelters that you build. Thanks for the share and tips.
Nice camp for a winter overnight. Well done!
Thank you, I really appreciate your support!
Good stuff. God bless
..ALSO DIG A TWO WHOLE/FIRE PIT ..TO HELP PROTECT FROM THE WIND
This video was very interesting for me 👍
Wow! What a find! That upturned tree 'setup" could easily be turned into a very snug pretty long term camp...heck...I'd even put a floor and a small wood stove in it! Love the shelter you built by the way! Just a great time. Cheers.
Thanks 👍
Well done !
New subscriber here ..i like watching survival kind of camping and bushcrafting...
Aren’t you worried about that tree rotating or letting go and you getting a little root ball surprise?
Enjoyed this - well done!
Great camp
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it.
That's a cool camp! and smoke was not blowing towards the shelter, lucky :)
Thank you for leaving comments below, your support is of great importance for me

Nice video I am watching from Nepal 🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵
It felt a lot better now that he had shelter from the cold snow and rain
Cool shelter. Fire closer like everybody is saying. A heat reflector behind the fire would be nice too and blocks the wind 😊
It looks Cozy and big love it
Nice shelter but your fire is so far from your shelter.
Great job 😀❤️. So glad I'm subscribed. Very enjoyable video. Your photography skills are really good, too 😉😄. Thanks for sharing this with me 😀. Hello from Indiana USA and this 63 year old lady.
Thanks so much! 😊
Cool adventure man. Lots of work.
A blanket for 90 DEGREE WEATHER, clothes for 70 degrees weather , wet gloves what are you doing? Other than freezing your back end off hope it's worth the trip .
I think he just build his shelter and went home after ...I didn't think he spent overnight on that thin jacket and tiny blanket..
Perfect! Very nice video.
Nice videos
would love to go on wld adventure in wildlife
So nice brother 🎉
Quedó chida la cuevita casa 🏡😅
Nice
It was quite cold, what was the temperature at that time..? That grilled dish looks delicious

- COZY and Perfect !!!! 👍🏽💫👍🏽
Nice work!
Thanks!
Amazing video, dude. I love watching it. Keep up the good work and warm greeting from Indonesia 🔥🔥🔥
Very nice snow❤❤❤. Looks cold. I enjoyed your activity and video. Very fresh for me. My video is similar to my video.
Thank you very much!
10:45-11:06 "did I leave the oven on"
That is a really nice shelter! I love it and you did a really great job building it. Did the tree roots and soil around them help insulate the shelter? 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
stay this long duration video sir,for up next your video'
❤❤❤
Genial 😂👌👍
São Paulo- Brazil
Good job
Tranquillité
Steel or titanium tent stove with a chimney would be better which could be set up inside the shelter - The fire is to far away from the shelter.
Bom 🇧🇷
good to know i am not the only one how likes onions just raw and big junks
Important to have the tools of the trade.
Looks like fun, but snow is SOOOOOO depressing.
It looks so easy, when people make a fireplace. I couldn’t start a fire, even if I had a flamethrower.
We’ll get to learning how! 😊 no better time than the present!
Fire too faraway to heat up your shelter
Is that a Burberry blanket?
lol right I’m going thru the comments like ain’t nobody gone say anything about the cashmere Burberry 😂
That shelter can be a death trap if the tree and root system crash down on you. If you ever need to build under the root of a fallen tree, you need to support the weight just in case.
..NO ONE EVER BUILDS A MINI WALL TO PROTECT THE FIRE.
I don’t know why you didn’t put in a couple of wind breaks in!
In all of these videos I have watched, I always wondered where do they go to relieve themselves, especially in the snow and zero to subzero temperatures?
I was thinking that would be a good idea too. So it could reflect the heat back more effectively.
Good idea for next time 😊
@@jamespseaman4136 corporals corner does … 😎💡
Max ? Bushcraft y’all kiddin right I learned this hack when 6 yrs old
Good nature. But this shelter is only for few hours. How about spending there night! Too cold I think.
I admire your spunck
Just wondering why your camp fire is so far away. Could you not have built it under the root ball of the tree. After all the root ball is just dirt so it wouldn't catch fire. You would have kept warmer. Other then that you did a great job setting up camp.
Nossa não achei nenhum comentário brasileiro 😢
Eu amo esses tipos de vídeos
Sorry, I don’t wan‘t to turn on you. But have you ever seen a root plate coming back ??? In my opinion it’s a verry dangerous idea to make a shelter under a root plate !!!
That's actually how my little cousin died. My uncle was cutting up a fallen tree, and his son was playing on the roots. Tragic.

Oh no… why have I not heard of this? Can you explain why and how ?
Think i would have built the fire a little closer to the shelter , maybe a windbreak too.
is tht Tempe???
Man, you are so freaking dangerous with that axe!
What stopped you at 11mins? What could you hear?
Have you thought about covering more of the front opening? So it will hold more heat…
Maybe I'll go back to this hideout and do some minor upgrades.
What a camera you have?
❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Why fire is so far from the shelter?
Why not build the fire closer to the shelter? Long fire is better too.😊
Oh, so you know what to do when winter camping?? Please, give me your channel name so I can subscribe and watch Your videos 😮.
Listen up nic and listen very carefully! Never eat yellow snow! Thank me later nic!
So what was the noise you heard in the woods?
Ich hätte die Zwiebel ebenfalls gegrillt. ;)
I’m eating McDonald’s in my mobile home watching this
was taught as a child never to be under a windthrow. you never know if it will rise again..
Excuse my ignorance why isn’t the fire nearer the shelter and with a guard at the back of the fire to deflect the heat inwards
HASTDU ANGST VON FEUER? WIESO IST SO WEIT VON DEIN UNDERKUNFT?
Hi..
Minute 10:46 Did you hear any noises in the forest? Or what happened? You stopped and walked towards the camera.
Why is that fire so far away from the shelter? You could have built an inside firepit…
Why take so much time to ‘insulate the shelter and then leave a huge gaping entry way?with an obviously ineffective fire too far away to make a difference
If you listen you hear cars going by
I may watch your channel but using Bushcraft as a last name I will not subscribe, every time I would get a notification 50 Bushcraft would pop up.😂
Naive with that hatchet.
at 920 he gets all those stick and he leaves his saw at camp hmmm

I don't understand why your making a humongous shelter a lot of wasted energy being spent it could be used for a smaller shelter with more R value and a good size fire to keep the shelter and you warmer
Started with a good base to your shelter. Piss poor job finishing it. The wind can rip away any heat you may get inside of it because of all the holes in the walls. If you're going to do the job, do it right. Those walls should be 2 or 3 times thicker and the fire should be closer with a reflection of some kind. Maybe you should stick to camping with your RV.
