In North America, a Barker that most people who watch television are familiar with is Bob Barker, who hosted the American show of "The Price is Right" for 35 years.
Also, for that second question, they used the same question in another episode, and the clip from that episode has been used in a few American blooper specials. It was the top answer in that case as well.
