- Wonderful rich and tasty Massaman chicken curry recipe infused with all the exotic flavours of Thailand. The amazing Phimpitcha Phicha (Pim) for short, cooks at BIG MAMA Restaurant Koh Tao Thailand. just one hundred meters up the sairee road from the cross roads. Thai food starts from just 60 Baht, also full English breakfasts. Free water is available along with ice, and also a selection of cold soft drinks and beers. Greta little place to go and eat. Definitely well worth the more with fare size portions and delicious food.

I've only ever had Beef Massaman Curry served with boiled potatoes and plain jasmin rice. It is one of my favourite Thai dishes. Pim's Chicken Massaman certainly looks unique what with frying the rice in the pan with the curry. It's not a version of the curry I have seen before. Although I'm sure it was delicious.

One good way of complimenting Thai's on their cooking is to show you're happy by saying 'mee kwam·suk,' or 'mee kwam·suk maak maak.'

Looks like you skip few ingredients fish sauce, plum sugar and tamarin. Should be served with rice on the side. Looks more like curry rice not a Massaman Curry.
