  • I don't fry fish anymore. I bake fish in the oven with a vegetable sauce. This is how to cook fish like in an Asian restaurant. This recipe is suitable for any river fish, in this recipe carp is used. If you want to prepare a fish dish for the whole family, try this recipe.     Ingredients and preparation:
    1 carp
    Remove the inside and scales of the fish
    Cut off the fins and tail
    Make incisions on both sides of the fish
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Don't forget to put the spices inside the fish
    1 tsp paprika powder
    Black pepper
    A little vegetable oil to distribute the spices well
    Turn the fish over and add the spices to the other side

    Let marinate for 30 minutes

    Put onions in a baking dish
    120g butter
    Put the butter into the cuts
    Cover with foil
    Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 °C

    Cook the peppers for 2 minutes

    Cook for another 5 minutes
    After 30 minutes, remove the foil from the fish

    A bunch of parsley
    80g cheese
    Bake for another 20-30 minutes at 180 °C
