I just want to make the point that even as a joke he was considering taking the $30 million lawsuit rather than retracting anything negative about Olive Garden. That’s how bad it is
As a former OG line cook, I stand by this statement
It's called a SLAPP suit. Since the review is opinion, the suit actually wouldn't have any legal standing. The purpose of such a suit is literally to terrorize the defendant into shutting the f up and doing what they're told.
I am not italian and don’t even like italian food that much but I can 1000% agree that olive garden food is DISGUSTING!!!! Canned ravioli and lien cuisine spaghetti taste better than olive garden!!!! 🤮

No, he doesn't. Freedom of Speech only applies to the government. Suing someone is a civil action by a private citizen or organization. In this case, it would be considered "Libel" and Olive Garden would be responsible for proving that the statements made are untrue. If, of course, it were a real lawsuit, which it is not.

Some Olive garden's do not know what they're doing but when it comes to their salads those are 100% delicious while some of the food is either too dry to starchy or it becomes mushy
