let's welcome dear may.
hopefully, it is kind to us. here are some of my recollections from my month of april, where a lot of stuff happened now that i look back at it. easter week, driver's license theory exam, being in family medicine internship for the first time ever!, trying to find balance as my sleep-deprived self struggled to keep all of my affairs in order and frustrated with the regular annoyances of life.
i felt very tempted to omit all of my daily frustrations... but in the end i thought that if i did, it would give a very skewed vision of my headspace during this time, and all the things i did to try to overcome it, like yoga, reading, finding more personal space and time with family and friends, would go unnoticed for what they actually meant to me throughout this month.
i hope we can continue to grow ---💌 nobody said it's easy but i know it's going to be so worth it. i'm so proud of us!! :-)) let's keep going!!!

+ try to add new exciting things in your study routine it may help to fight some of the boredom or anxiety? studying in new spots and with others always helps to boost mine. but it’s all about balance so make sure to rest well! just want you to be well 🥺💗💗

Right now I'm feeling really frustrated. My NEET exam(Indian Medical entrance exam) is just after two months and today I felt really disorganised and irritated , maybe because of mood swings because I'm completely chattering inside my head and I have a really bad headache. I aspire to be a doctor since childhood and your vlogs calms me down. My frustration melted after watching your previous vlogs and this is the next one. I am stuck with being disorganised.
