this vlog shows my rotation week dedicated to orthopedics (study of bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles!) where i went to the hospital in the morning, which was mainly very chill because we weren't being evaluated or pimped! and in the afternoon i studied the video lectures, which i also really enjoyed! the first time i looked at the notes i was like 😖😖 because they looked so complicated. but with the video lectures to go with it i actually understood quite well! :))

haha well it's not too bad so don't feel worried! it's a bad habit since it makes bad posture for the hip muscles and can damage the vein valves long term (if u have varicose veins in your family especially). make sure to stretch your legs c:
