This is a guide on how to get into and clear the lighthouse water treatment plant of the rogues that make doing certain tasks difficult. Such as Energy Crisis, corporate secrets, reconnaissance, lighthouse revision. This is the best method i have found for myself to clear the rogues and also been quite efficient for me! hope the video helps you guys to accomplish your tasks as well!

i've been avoiding this area since lighthouse was released and I always choose bear, this helped me finally mark the two bdrms, the helicopter, plant the jammer for broadcast, and mark the fuel trucks.. thank you.

I notice you have been uploading quite a lot, do you have any tips for going up against Killa in particular?
@@massivive I was thinking on actually making a guide for hunting him. But basically I bring a ton of flash bangs and throw them around some of his spawns to try and trigger voice lines. He has specific voice lines that are different from regular scavs. And if you do run into him, play slow and try to get right hand peaks only. If you try to ego him or left hand peak he will kill you very fast. And you can use impact grenades. And both his armor and helmet are high class so only use good ammo or leg him if you have mediocre ammo!

One thing to note. I have cleared that front corner gunner on building 1 and had another rogue replace him. which caught me off gaurd and got me killed because i thought i was safe to approach. has only happened once. Great video btw. learned some new angles. cheers
I have had that happen once where the other rooftop rogue came and stood beside the gun for some reason but it’s good to know they can jump on the gun also! Thanks for mentioning it Alex! And glad the video gave you a few new angles! Appreciate the feedback buddy!
AGS shooters at the gate can snipe at the entrance of the second-floor building near the convenience store, then pass through the waterway and kill heavy machine gun shooters at the fence.

So the idea is getting into the area such that they cannot shoot you from the two towers in south? Or is is possible to kill them of these towers from the coast carefully?

@@Affliktid ya man, I watched a ton of different guides and this was by far the most helpful. I practiced it a few times in offline with boss enabled. Got faster and faster at it, then was able to complete several tasks in my first two online attempts. Thanks a ton, I enjoy doing it at night. I feel like I am role playing a navy seal or something 😂
@@TheGoatLocker it’s definitely good to practice at night the only problem is that they spawn literally every possible rogue spawn on you so it’s actually harder offline than online. PLUS also the goons lol. Where as in online you usually only have 1 or 2 ground rogue groups that spawn. Not all 4
@@Affliktid Oh I didn't realize that about offline vs online. Good to know. It's my first wipe, I'm level 29 and picked Bear. I didn't know about the rogue vs bear thing. I tried doing the run during the daytime in an offline mode and it was much harder. The goons were shooting me through the front wall (birdeye) 😂 night time it's no problem, but it's kinda hard to see the furthest corner roof guy at building 2 from building 1. I need to adjust my post FX settings / brightness for better visibility at night. I'm using the best NVGs and it's still tough to see that far away with the 1x8 Schmitt scope. I see guys on CZcams running night raids in black and white and it looks crisp.
@@TheGoatLocker yeah the quad nods (best night vision) is super nice black and white and fighting the rogues is definitely easier at night. It cuts their visibility down tremendously. And yeah unfortunately they classify rogues and the goons as bosses and spawn max amount offline lol so if you can clear the map in offline you can definitely do it in online. If you ever wanna play also man I am down. Just let me know. I am one task away from kappa and then I am gonna be helping other people primarily!
Does it still work after unheard edition came out? After killing the first rogue i die from a rogue no idea where from.
Hey man, thanks for the great guide. I've tried this a million times in offline for practice but I *still* get merked with my peaks 😫
Doing this in offline mode is going to be harder than actually doing it online because it will spawn every single rogue possible at the water treatment so you’ll be fighting 6 or more extra rogues than you would online, as well as 50% chance of goons (they’re either water treatment or chalet blue chalet). If you want to make it easier on yourself you can try night time because that will decrease their visibility range also!

offline mode is still harder to clear than online due to there being at least an additional 6 rogues for you to deal with in offline vs online! however it is good practice!

if you spawn on the west or southern side of the map, is there a way to go to the right side of the water treatment using the main bridge? because otherwise i have to take the bridge on the right side which is quite time consuming
Southern road spawn is the absolute worst to try to go into water treatment, due to player scavs and every other pmc spawn being ahead of you. As for the western spawns I cross over around construction or further away from main bridge because if the 2 front rogues have been aggro’d or you killed the rogues in one of your last 2 raids they will immediately gun you down, as you approach the main bridge. You can’t really cross main bridge unless the 2 front rogues are dead or you kill them. You can kill them but it’s trickier than the method I show in this video. Although more time consuming it’s less risky overall.

got a amazing run 10 dead rouges and a graphics card from that room where you clear the other 2 buildings from the first one you enter and i got 1 tapped by a normal scav from 200M away with a level 4 helm on.. i love this game!!

@@Affliktid Today I made a few lighthouse runs, almost every time I died it was because of how fcked rogue AI are and because player scavs are lucky bastardo( But every raid I'm killing 3-5 rogues.
@@RAINdeerrrr the fact that you’re getting 3-5 is huge, and you’re going to get quicker and quicker, the player scav factor is always a wrench in the wheel but you’ll also get better at dealing with them with time also! Very glad to hear you’re making progress clearing this area though man!!
@@Affliktid I don't know why, but when I just started doing lighthouse raids again (Was taking a break from them) I couldn't even load into the raid, it was pointless, but after few tries, suddenly I was successfully loading into and even with a decent FPS. (Sorry for grammar, English isn't my native language:^)
Also fun fact, according to Tarkov Help map, you can safely go to the roof of first building and let me tell you, it's kinda works but only if rogue is on AGS.
hello, great video, but when I cleaned the first two rogues from the entrance and the first from the roof, the second from the roof did not appear, so I advanced, only when I was in the red truck, that he appeared at .50, and then I I was in a very bad situation, do you have any tips to make the 2 roof rogue appear before advancing?
Really there isn’t much you can do other than to keep checking to see if he does actually go on it, there is no way to make him go onto it, however I have found it was rare for him to do that. Do you have it happening a lot? You could move into building 1 more quickly and take him out at the opposite end like I do in this video so then you don’t have to worry about him doing that!

Is there any other ways to get off the roofs? Cause I play solo and I just killed 2 rouges at night and as I looted them two player scavs showed up. I killed 1 while he came up the stairs but his buddy complained about me “camping with nods” and he was gunna camp the stairs on me. I found some water pipes on roof 1 that allowed me to escape but I broke my legs at the end drop. So idk if I can sneak away. Easier or not cause I’m not that good.
Yeah there is a way off of building 1 which is the water pipes, if you are heavy you will usually break your legs at the end but i think it’s possible to get off without a fracture. And for building 2 there is 2 ways to get off it’s kind of hard to explain so maybe I’ll make a video on it in the future
i notice everytime i kill the first rogue on the sandbag tower, the rogue on the far tower always moves out of position

Bro idk if happens to you or someone else but sometimes I aim just at their head like you in the video, and the bulllet just doesnt register, and they ran out of the turrents and its a pain in the ass
It can happen due to desync or the bullet not doing enough damage since they have bigger health pools… but probably due to desync or bullet drop if you’re shooting from further away and the bullet hits them thorax instead of head… just a few possibilities
The far tower rogue at 1:36 runs away after I kill the other gunner next to him
Yes and usually will stand next to the tower on the ground level somewhere. You can throw a grenade to try and locate him as well
Great advice but I always get shot through walls and what not while quick peaking or running. Been trying to kill the rogues for 8 hours and I get a couple then get head-locked through a wall or before I even peak.
Try going at night time it will make their range be much less and could be easier for you

@@TheGamingAaron daytime is rough, especially if you’re a bear. You have to be pretty on with your peaks and what not. Nighttime gives you a little bit of grace in terms of them not lasering you once a single pixel of your pmc shows. IF you’re still having trouble completing it then I do not mind bringing you to lighthouse and clearing the water treatment plant with you. I still have to do reconnaissance task anyways. Just let me know
Great video. Sad it comes to this though. While one is performing this service, every other PMC on the map is heading for you and will probably climb up your ass before you finish clearing. If this process takes longer than 5 minutes, you also get a horde of player scavs spawning on top of you. Scavs are now PMCs I guess. They honestly just need to fix everything about this map so PMCs don't have to play this minigame.
i feel like its ok for rogues to be this difficult, but yeah the main issue is player scavs that continuously swarm you the entire time. They need to push back player scav spawn timer for every map
how did you kill that mg rouge you were on 50 meters?
Which rogue exactly? But regardless 7.62 BP is what I was using in this video and it Doesn’t have much bullet drop until you’re talking 200+ meters even then it’s not much!
Good guide! Is this still accurate? The rogue AI has been super weird the last month and a half or so, with them all clumping up into some manner of eldritch horror and rolling around the plant to kill things.
It can work however once you kill the first rogue it seems like they will rush to attack you at the front of the compound. So I am going to work on an updated method now since a lot of people are having a tough time with the new rogue AI

Just tried this, unfortunately did not go well. Birdeye killed me as soon as I killed the first 2 rogues. Where does birdeye hang out at so I can prevent it?
You picked the wrong time to attempt this due to the event, birdeye and the other goons can be anywhere in the water treatment plant and they can sneak out to the road behind you. And birdeye is silent footsteps so it makes it rough

@@Affliktid bro I literally had the video playing while I was in raid. I would kill one raider and then I would watch the video for the steps on the next one. The raid took me like 40 something minutes and I extracted with less than 30 seconds left, but it worked flawlessly, thank you so much for your time. Have a great day.
Do Rogues see less during nighttime like other scavs do
Yes their range of sight is decreased at night so it does make it easier to go at night time
How do you kill the 2nd rogue when he abandons the tower and goes to the wall?
If you wait he will go back to the tower but sometimes it can take several minutes to happen, or you can use a grenade to force them to move also. Or slowly lean peak them until you can get a decent shot

@@asdrol they can aggro you if you left or right hand peak depending if you over peak, it is less likely to happen on right angle. But I do a left hand peak on the rogue in this video when he goes off the gun and sits underneath the corner tower. It’s risky but so is waiting for more PMCs to show up also. The more you do it the more comfortable you will get

I fucking hate Lighthouse and all the tasks on it... especially the ones inside the Rogue Compound... Just had 4 raids in a row where i spawned in the furthest possible point from the water treatment.
Night time is your friend on lighthouse, as you play the game more you definitely get more comfortable on it man. The amount of raids I have done additionally to completing my own tasks just to help people get theirs done would boggle your mind. Let me know if you need help clearing the area for you to plant you stuff and pick up task items my man
@@Affliktidjesus thank you! No idea why but i had a rogue empty facility, no bodies and no rogues. Barely any shooting yet i still died to a damn extract rat lmao... at least i menaged to plant the jammer.

My PMC is a bear. And I did it naked and with level 1 trader gun and ammo to prove that you can do it regardless of level. But you can definitely hope that someone else already cleared them for you by going later on in the raid for sure. That’s one method that can work.

Lmao I'm stuck on ALL the lighthouse quests. Anytime I get close I get killed by someone from behind. Also that metal can be shot through. I died first time trying after I killed 1st rogue

This map is.. the worst map ever. Honestly.. The spawns in the mountain above wtp is just.. you either die to mines or to the rouges. I just spawned ran towards the plant and insta killed bye a rouge. about 500 meters away. lovely design.
Yeah there is specific routes you have to take which in itself is annoying I will be doing an updated guide on this. It is just time consuming because there is a lot to go over
