On the topic of sound healing: I am engaged to a Norwegian man and have been spending a lot of time over there on the family farm, when I was there last his mom and I went to what they call a "gong bath". It's basically a meditation where the practitioner plays all different frequency's of gongs around you in the room and you are 'bathed' in the vibrations and sounds. Really amazing experience that is supposed to help with healing, anxiety and a lot of other things. Anyways just thought I'd let you know about it in case you hadn't heard about them, you may want to check it out!

In nursing we use a smaller tuning fork. We put the stick part jst beside the ear after making it vibrate n determining how long u can hear the noise will tell us how deaf the client is. This tuning fork can not be heard unless placed on that bone beside the ear. 😊

Sarah, I am a college student and my days require a lot of energy. I try to be as healthy as possible but it is easy for me to grab a mountain dew or an energy drink to help me with my late nights of studying. I was curious to know what you eat/do to get energized in the mornings or when you have that 2:30pm sluggish feeling? Do you drink a certain tea? Do you have a superfood? Along with that, what do you do to de-stress? What mists do you use? Do you have a specific de-stress routine? Please make a video, I'm sure there are a lot of college girls out there wondering the same! I love you so much and you are so awesome, your videos are so inspiring and really help us all be better people.

I also suffered with that a few years ago and I was left with pitted scars on the sides of my face and jawline. I feel so ugly sometimes. Were you left with this kind of scarring? Can you do a video on how you dealt with your cystic acne? I have been slowly and holistically embracing health over the last two years or so and have been loving your videos. But I still haven't been able to ditch my chemical-laden zit creams because I have had a long history of struggling with acne and attendant low self-esteem, that I'm scared to stop. Would love to hear about your skincare routine, as well as any supplements/cleansing strategies (like chellating?)!!! :D

I love all your videos! Please do a video soon on heavy metals soon. I go next week to a holistic dr. to do hair analysis to see levels of heavy metals in my body. I started having panic attacks and high anxiety levels. Did you have panic attacks when you had heavy metals in your body? I'm going to get me the miso soup for sure! Yes I think it is a good idea to make a video about heavy metals, cause I'm (trying to become) vegetarian and some people have told me that people who don't eat meat nor any animal products tend to have high levels of radioactivity in their bodies, and some issues with heavy metals as well... So if you could highlight us about that, it would be great! Kisses from France :)

Please make detox video! I inherited mercury poisoning from my mom ( she didn't know she had it when she was pregnant) I have lots of hormonal/adrenal issues and cystic acne too. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I heard taking clay internally can help, haven't tried that yet... Anyway I love your videos
