Vaishakhan, 4 dimensional space time can be assumed as a person in a lift. When lift moves up/down, the person along with the space is also moving up/down. Now, both these space and the person are continuesly moving in one more direction that is the FWD direction of time. This movement is there even when u stay still. Even when u stay still, u are in a space that is moving in time. I hope this helps.....At least this is imaginable in daily life. It becomes very difficult to imaging the further dimensions that comes in m theory or the string theory(curled up, possibly the calabi yau manifolds). Please re-consider while explaining the space time
