So I set my game up the way you suggested yesterday. I have KM installed and working and I’m looking at downloading ships from Game Front. Do I need to download KM ships ONLY? Will the BC Remastered ships work too?
Yes they are specific to KM or Remastered, always read the readme file that comes wit the mod download 99% of the time if you install a KM mod in Remastered or vice versa your game will crash, , if you have the storage room on ur rig, I would highly recommend you copy your game install for a backup, like mine has STBC KM Main, and the copy for testing is something like STBC KM Test, so if a new mod messes up ur game, you don’t have to reinstall everything “been there “ it sux
Yeah, I just found that out after installing a ship pack. I had to delete everything and do a clean install. I finally got KM working again but the AI won’t attack me in quick battle. Just sits there for target practice.
@@johnmoyle4195 I’ve noticed it sometimes depends on the map ur playing, I would definitely restart your computer and then just try a battle in deep space
Yeah that worked ay? My game is working like yours now. I just need to configure my Xbox controller so that I can use the thumb stick for WASD. My hands don’t work properly so the keyboard is hard to use. I got the USS Yeager installed and it is excellent!!
@@Ds9Defiant1701B I like Remastered, but KM (if ur install is clean and runs smoothly, lol) is my favorite, Nano FX, Power control options, multi-targeting👍👍, in system warp, among some other cool features, it’s definitely, most definitely, not as stable as remastered tho

This ship is peak 2370s and I love it. Easily my new fav design and my go to quick battle ship.
I want to see this one the other way around...I think if the AI hadn't tried to cloak this would've been a lot closer

Definitely surprised me , took me a second to realize that the Sovereign was cloaking, I didn’t know that ship could do that 😁😆
