  • In this video I shown the winding of ferrite core transformer for DC to DC converter. The transformer ratings are -
    12V 0V 12V - 24V 0V 24V
    3-0-3 turns in the primary and 6-0-6 turns in secondary.
    Formula used -
    Vin * 10^8
    Np = -----------------------------------
    4 * F * B max * Ac
    Np = No. of Primary turns
    Vin = Input Voltage
    F = Frequency(in Hz)
    B max = 1300 to 2000
    Ac = Cross sectional area of Core(L*B)

    Good tutorial, 3T,3T by 6T,6T of winding is the same that used for your buck boost converter project ?

      yes short high mode for high frequency and adjust 200K preset

      DC 220V and if 220v AC then use full bridge rectifier
