How to make heat Sensor using Diode.
This video shows using of diode over thermistor as a heat sensor by combining some components LM358, 10K preset, 100 ohm resistor and led we have made this heat sensor circuit.

      you can use higher capacity capacitor like 470uF or 1000uF this makes output stable

    In your circuit diagram the cathode of diode UF40007 is connected to pin no. 3 of IC UC3843, whereas in the component layout you have shown the anode connected to pin no. 3 of the IC. What is correct? How will the circuit work? Also the MOSFETS get abnormally hot. Kindly reply.

      thankyou for watching the circuit is correct but in layout the diode is in wrong connection so I have updated it - drive.google.com/drive/folders/1sH-_ll4g7CyGi7784l6jgv9JSg5OUe59?usp=drive_link and if the mosfet is heating then make sure you have connected the transformer in correct way, its basically a flyback converter so the primary coil is opposite to secondary coil.

    Hi i am trying to build a e bike with a hall sensor that is built into the motor case for pedal assist i have a plastic ring with magnets that is connected to the crank pedals all the magnet poles are the same way , i dont know what hall sensor i have and it just turns on off on rotation . Could you adise a good setup eg hall sensor type , magnet setup poles same or N then South , i am lost

    Thanks for a great video explanation above XL6009. Just notice, you mention this regulator only is a BOOST converter. Uptodate, this XL6009 now is available in both version, at same PCB. That's means, it's a BOOST and BUCK converter.

    Hello, thank you for answering my concerns, I have mounted a 10k resistor and a Zener diode on the gate and emitter pins, but the voltage between Gate and emitter drops to millivolts, so I mounted the 4K7 resistor, with this I obtain 7.89VAC between Gate and emitter by placing Negative in VCC- and positive in Gate.

    I get a square signal at the output of the GDT with the 100homs resistance, but when I performed the test to activate the IGBTs, I couldn't activate it, rather they burned out and the strangest thing is that they didn't heat up.

      the main cause of this higher voltage is induced in the secondary side of GTD which exceeds the gate voltage threshold limit, to avoid this you should add zener diode(12v or 15v) across Gate and Emitter of IGBT

    hey man! Quick question, how can we make 80V or even 130v with this circuit if the max drain-source voltage of the IRFZ44n is only 55v? Also, how can I go to 130v if the MBR20100CT is only rated for 100v? Thanks!

      its dc to dc flyback converter the primary side of transformer is switched by Z44N hence no effect of high voltage of 100v or 130v comming at secondary side, and MBR20100CT can take high voltage for just moment

      I think you are making half bridge smps, so in the GDT section the totem pole driver driving the transformer with 1uF 100V cap so instead of this try connecting it with low value resistor of 100 ohm(1W) or 54 ohm(1W), I think this make GDT not activating properly hence no signal is coming out for IGBT

      this module isn't enough to drive 4 IGBT you should connect totem pole driver for that

      for driving IGBT or mosfet in certain amount you can directly connect the Gate to PWM out on SG3525 module but driving higher number of IGBT or Mosfet it needs GDT or Totem Pole driver

      thankyou for your feedback here in this multimeter the SMD code is written on R17 resistor so just search for SMD coder calculator to find the value that's it👍

      @@innovationic I'm just confused sir with a video like that about the beef sound defective, putting a resistor that I can't see using a multimeter to see which one has the problem, how is your basis that the one you replaced is defective? thanks a lot

      basically when in continuity mode beep sound should be produced when shorts both probes, so I opened the multimeter and sees the burned resistor then checked the datasheet(schematic) of multimeter after this I replaced the damaged resistor.

      hey bro circuit is same you just need to change value of resistor connected between pin 4 and 8 and also change the value of capacitor connected from pin 4 to GND that's it
