Finding a happy Lemmy in the wild is kind of like running into a grizzly bear at the opera; it doesn’t happen often, and when it does, it's something of which to take note. After embarking on his first ride review of the XSR900 in San Diego back in May, Lemmy returned to Philly with a smile, which was more than enough to stoke the fires of intrigue in all of us here in the ZLA. A few months (and many, many miles) later, the enjoyment on the XSR900 continues in this full review of one of the most noteworthy motorcycles of 2016. In this video, and the accompanying parts and gear breakdown videos that round out our coverage of the XSR900, both Lemmy and Spurgeon provide their opinions on the bike, the gear that they are wearing, and the parts modifications that they would employ to improve the ride itself.

I just find it hilarious that a company that started off selling motorcycle gear is putting out better motorcycle content and reviews than companies that have been doing NOTHING but motorcycle reviews since their inception (MCN, I'm looking at you).

I'm considering switching up from my ZX6R to the XSR900. I love the retro look, the comfort of upright seating and a little more power. I'm pretty sure I could ride this bike, look good doing it but also still kick some ass in the corners.

Best motorcycle reviews on youtube. So nice to have some people reviewing who dont pull punches and offer non-bs reviews. Most reviewers just straight read off of a spec sheet it seems. Great work as usual. Also the cinematography is fantastic, very dynamic.
Keep these coming! I got my XSR about 3 weeks ago. I love it. Yesterday someone stopped to look at it and called it a "real work for art". I'm nowhere near a racer type rider, but I will take this on the track for the thrill of it. Soon.
The overall quality of these videos just keeps getting better and better. I'm very impressed!

I really have to give Revzilla props for work they put into every video. They are fantastic. I'm sure most of the guys looking at this video chuckled when Lemmy threw his hair back after removing his helmet; then he ditched Spurge! Funny as hell.

This is the first video I've instinctively hit the thumbs up on. Great mix of comedy and information. Also the two presenters have really great synergy which makes it feel like you are standing there talking with them, rather than them reading off a script to you.

I have ridden both and I do agree that when it cames to the performance and handling of the 2 the XSR 900 is much better.
I'm in the Market for a new bike and the XSR 900 is currently in my top 3.

Top notch review guys! I love my XSR900! Only my second bike I've ever owned and I upgraded from a ninja 300. Fun little bike but the power wasn't there. I have to admit, the power of the XSR was a bit getting used to but thankfully the traction control, rider modes and ABS technology are there to save my ass! 😂
Chris Owens. How do you like the seat say for a 4 hour ride ? I just got rid of my fz07 for the crap seat.

As an XSR900 rider, I'm looking forward to the parts video! Also, I'm glad the bike is getting good reviews. I almost bought an FZ-09, untill I saw the first pics of the XSR, which seemed like it was right up my alley; coming from a '73 XS650, the XSR seemed like an obvious choice.

The xsr really needs some kind of fly screen to cover the back of the gauges. And I like the round headlight but why is it a paint can?
