Sorry to hear about Vivian’s car Cam. That sucks, my dad had a Ram 1500 with a Hemi in it and that thing went out on him too at 130K. But hey life happens man, my only advice is to put your family first and take care of their needs, sometimes that means making some sacrifices when it comes to the toys. Praying for you! You guys will figure it out and we’ll be supporting the channel regardless of what you decide to do car wise!! 🤟🏽

I remember I mentioned to you through dm’s that it might possibly need a head gasket unfortunate. On the bright side those 5.7 engines are actually pretty straight forward to pull heads off.
Cameron, glad to see you enjoying the BRZ. I think you should look into the driven media interior carbon fiber pieces, i think that alone would be a nice yet somewhat cheap upgrade for future videos.

Forget the 8th/9th gen, and sell the BRZ. Help Vivian payoff her student loan and buy her a reliable vehicle. Focus on the CTR, don’t worry about making content to keep up with other people. The best thing about you channel is that you more genuine, you don’t try to be like anybody else. Just create content for you, you obviously have fun doing it, the people who watch your videos will keep watching.
Maybe he can sell the fk8 type r and buy a 8th gen si as a daily to help pay for expenses, while keeping the brz
@@vibhuiyer6984 I mean he could, but the CTR is the better all around car compared to the BRZ and has better tech than an 8th gen. I have owned both a BRZ and a CTR and would opt to keep the CTR unless he is doing a lot of track driving.
I'm sorry but this is not realistic. If Cam sold the BRZ he would lose a portion of his viewers and future ones who watch for BRZ content so it's not as easy as you make it. Cameron is a content creator and he needs something to work on, it's super easy to say "don't worry about other people" but you have to be competitive in this business.
Yeah depends what cameron is going for. The core audience will always be here but if he wants to grow his CZcams channel, doing mods/different content would be beneficial

You should make a patreon. I would support you for sure and I'm willing to bet a lot of your viewers would be happy to as well. I think your channel is at a good point where you have a decently sized loyal fan base.
Man, Ive thought a lot about getting a second CTR. Have you considered trying to get your hands on a salvaged Type R and turning it into your track car? or another option make your FK8 the track car and get one of those awesome 24 Tegs for your daily.
Also you probably want to try an AWE exhaust before you go back to stock completely.
Great video as always. It seems like we are all having car problems lol. My 9th gen is bugging on accelerating a lot. But I’ll get to the bottom of it. I have a 2024 mustang Gt that I can drive for the time being. Good luck brother

@@Camhill182 my 9th gen jerks and hesitates when Under acceleration. I think it’s might have a leak somewhere. Did you have any of those issues with any of your 9th gens? I replaced the MAF sensor and the filter. Gonna inspect the tube from the Tb to the air box

As an 60 year old FK8 owner, all of the aftermarket’s exhausts I have heard make my ears bleed. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the stock exhaust apart from it’s too quiet for most. I like it and you can still improve performance by swapping out the cat for a sports cat.
On the subject of films I enjoyed the film Nobody on Netflix. Didn’t see it advertised and was a great action movie.
im 27 and i been feeling the same thoughts with movies and feeling like life is too much been missing the old days lol, we had jackie chan, adam sandler, jim carrey etc...making these iconic movies...now its like movies and life in general just dont hit the same anymore and its sad
Boxers are good when you take care of them. At least in my experience. Fa20 in my wrx has done me good. Hate that for the jeep. Orobaly means theres coolant going into the cylinders which is never good.

In my opinion. Drive the new crv. They are reliable and pretty quick. Maybe Vivian will like it. Sell the BRZ even though I love the platform. Getting rid of debt is more important. At the end of the day it's your life and your preferences. Do what makes sense to you and makes you happy. Its your life, not ours!

Heck no, get an ark catback exhaust with the extra helmholtz resonators and you’ll be fine! You wanted loud and you got loud… lol
Or get a exhaust that is an active exhaust with a remote so you can open and close the exhaust’s
Cam.... my FK8 is stock downpipe, PRL frontpipe and a Martelius without any silencers and doesn't drone on the motorway, its really quiet. I can't drive my friends FK8s who have the PRL sports cat downpipe, it's unbearably loud.

A kitchen remodel is the most expensive thing you can do to a home and the bathroom is the second most expensive and in today's market it's crazy the price of everything. A few years ago a kitchen remodel was 25,000 - 30,000. I think with everything you have going on it may be better to fix the jeep and hold off on buying a new car and pay down the school loans and then buy her a new car later when hopefully the interest rates come back down.
Why remodel if y'all are moving back to Cali soon?

Hey Cam. Quick question. I have owned 6th-9th gen Civics. I currently own a 2012 FG4 and its been 4.5 years. Apart of me is saying keep it and go FBO and then supercharger. While the other part is thinking of a new car soon. Kind of scared to leave Honda but maybe time for a change. I really want an FL5, FK8 or ITR but the markups are insane. What do you think about an a GR86/BRZ, EVO X, WRX or Veloster N? Was thinking of the Integra A-spec then was like i’d rather keep my Si lol. I know you’ve driven many cars and was wondering if you could give your honest opinion? Thank you and looking forward to you getting an 8th or 9th gen Si. Kind of making me want to keep my Si and just buy a 2nd car.
If you can find a decent evo x, buy it. It's handling is near porsche levels
The Veloster N surprised me a lot. It's a lot of fun. And depending how much modding you want to do. I test drove the nicer version of the GR Corolla and it also really surprised me. It was incredibly nice and handled fantastic
You can’t go wrong with any of those cars you mentioned. The new WRX with the FA24DIT is doing very well actually and they are making 400whp easy
Bro the new WRX is actually really good value and you can find it below msrp. Look at aeroflow dynamics videos on exterior mods, the car would look sick with fender paint matching etc.
Thank you guys! I saw the 11th gen Si and FL5. Omg they look amazing in person. The Si is pretty nice just wish it was a hatch. My neighbor has a red A-spec but i rather the Type-S body and exhaust. I think its nit worth it and would rather keep my Si. The FL5 they had locked 🤭. There were 3 FK8s. The touring had 12K miles and the other two were base with 58K and 23K. The price was about $4k more than the 11th gen Si. I didnt see them and will go back to check them out. Tomorrow i want to see the GR86 and BRZ because i am leaning towards those. I think i want another 2door and something brand new for a change. The Veloster N seems nice but idk if i want a Hyundai? I’ll check out the WRX but still dont know how to feel about that rear end 😬 Makes me want the previous gen lol 🫣.
