Putting the thumbnail overlay up (ZB2020 feature) when working with ZSpheres is also extremely helpful. Pull up one of the new zoo models (like the gorilla) and you'll see what I mean

Where did you get those zsphere animals shown on the thumbnail of the video?
ZBrush 2020 comes with a folder of pre-made ZSphere animal bases (called 'Zoo', I think) There's literally like 100 different animal bases, its insane

zsphere is underrated the new zbrush makes zsphere more useful that converts to spline
In zbrush project/mannequin there are mannequins WHich use other geometrical shapes than just cylinder. I can't figure out how to create zsphere shape with custom geometrical shapes?

Is there any way to delete a zphere without going back in history?
I operate the z-ball in the spin mode, why can it only rotate up and down, not left and right. For example, I used the z-ball to build a model of the ape-man. Rotating the nodes on the neck of the model, the ape-man can only raise his head and lower his head instead of twisting. The waist can only be bowed and not twisted left and right. Please, tell me how to solve QAQ

Like, create a zSpheres pose, create a duplicate for backup, model on one to have a nice creature going and then use the zSphere duplicate for re-posing the finished creature and project the new pose onto the completed creature? :o
... Forget about that question... should have watched the whole thing instead of asking in the middle of it :D

You can use ZSpheres for human character for sure. Also for muscles you can use ZSketch. It depends on you. ZSpheres are very good for creature sketching.

Wait until Blender FULLY implements This. The Skin Modifier is nice and passably useful but the full "z-spheres" functional it is not.
