MacBook Retina Check Battery Health & Service Message

How you can check the status of your MacBook Service Battery Message or determine the current health of your MacBook Battery.
This was performed on an Early 2015 12" Retina MacBook running Big Sur but yours will be very similar.

The Battery Health Information will include
Cycle Count:
Value from 0 (new) - 1000 (maximum expected). A Count of the number of cycles (number of times charged and discharged) in the life of the battery.
Condition:
Normal or Service Battery, follow the video to determine what service message means.
Maximum Capacity:
A percentage of the normal capacity of the battery. 100% when its new, down to 0% when it holds no charge at all. If less than 80% in your first year of ownership, Apple will replace defective battery.
