I'm pretty certain the lazy Rhode Island camo is the USN peace time camouflage which is just Navy Gray since the ship is a "what-if" Iowa with pre-escalator clause 14"/50 guns. that or it's the post war Haze Gray.

The patch notes said they were going from a PEGI 7 to PEGI 12 in the summer festival section, maybe they can't show Booba before the rating change haha: "Please note; We're changing the PEGI rating of our game from PEGI 7 to PEGI 12, and we're introducing additional content because of the new rating. These changes will come into effect with Update 13.5 as of June 12."

I have to say this Star Trek and Popeye collab makes somewhat more sense. Because Star Trek does have space ship named as USS Enterprise. Hope to see Enty literally have premium camo as USS Enterprise with 1:1 model design while the hit boxes are the same as the ship just to confuse people where to shoot her. It would be annoying but also funny. A camo that literally gives you advantage because it reshape your whole ship. Popeye is sailor. The other two. IDK. Especially the last one.

The Star Trek collab isn't that odd when you consider WG has the license to use Star Trek assets from the themed event they did over in WoT recently. And if they are bringing WoT collabs to WoWs then you might get Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle skins someday which could be interesting given how good the 3D skins can be.
I think they had to remove/hold it because the game is rated 12+ in some EU countries which excludes sexually suggestive images? Like one of the captains was taking off her bra which is classified different then just "passive" skimpy dresses like on the AL captains or something.
I was evaluating upcoming prem BP and Juruá doesn't turn me on. Those camos look cool but both Kansas and Minesotta are not played at all (at least in ranked). If you see any tree BB, then its either T8 Bismarck or T9 P. Ruprecht, little bit Amagi. People play there Musashi, Georgia, JB. Not much sure about BBs played in random nowadays, probably Satsuma /Hannover/Maine flood.

Well i can easily tell you why they nerfed the Fun Ships. Because people were so stupid they used words like "Fun" and "Entertaining" in same sentence as "Ships" and "Game". I could hear those alarm bells across quarter of Europe.

The worst thing is with those D Day ops at least the assault one is that people do not clearly learn that AP works better at destroying the aa and gun emplacements. Seen a West Virginia 43 firing HE at a gun emplacement for about 4 minutes until I got involved at destroyed it with 6-inch AP. That was after I said hey fire AP it does more damage about 2 minutes into the 4 minutes, he was slugging the gun emplacement. The airfields HE does better as it sets it on fire.
coastal guns, AA, need AP shells and airfield indeed needs HE, i see battleships or cruisers (the good american ones) fire HE on those things as well as full broadside cruisers/battleships lmao and then you tell them a million times to shoot AP instead but nope they keep firing HE. it feels like playing with a bunch of brain dead monkeys.

Played dd with random they died by the time the dds showed up and didn't even make it to the aerodrome and coastal guns
