Really good video for DIYers. It would be nice if you showed in your videos the actual upgrade process. Such as how you wired the speakers to the amps, DSP, or LOC. That is kind of what your title implies.

Same here bro! I’m in the middle of a complete overhaul and I started out only wanting to put a mini amp on my factory. That has absolutely changed!!

Massively helpful! Thanks a million for this I'm going to be diving in to mine very soon. I find the mids are pretty well pronounced on the stock touring setup but I guess they do lack on the lower mids and upper midbass range. I almost want to just keep the woofers there but change the tweeters which are also very loud stock but I find them pretty shrill and harsh so they need to go. Undecided there. Adding a sub is just a given. I have this great Polk audio high end 8" home theater sub (bypassing it's home use amp obviously) that sounds amazing for car use but I was using it in a hatchback prius and this car is probably way too big for that little sub. Especially with the trunk being separated.

Great video… very informative. If you do t mind me asking, where did you get the metal piece that’s on the door panel next to the flood light? Thanks

Thank you for shooting the video in landscape orientation and not portrait. So many amateurs just don't get it. Anyway, thanks for the information. Looking forward to taking my doors apart on my 2021 EX-L Hybrid. If you purchased from crutchfield, did the accompanying wire harness fit the factory plug on the door woofer? Also you didn't need to drill new holes. The bracket mounts to the car first with the single top bolt and two bottom tabs, then the speaker mounts to the bracket using the eight slots as pilots.

Hey could you tell me the mounting depth on the front doors. I'm looking to buy speakers with a depth of 103mm, do you think it would fit? Thank you!

Hey Nick, question. For the fog light moldings. Am I able to replace the fog moldings with another pair without having to remove the whole bumper. Or is required to take off the whole bumper to replace the molding. Not the actual fog light. The black molding around it.

I think you can avoid pulling the bumper by unclipping underneath bumper clips and fender line screws clips and fish your arm through the fender Liner.

Ya I had no other choice for the premium stereo. Lower model accords have a t harness available. Talk about it in depth and show how I did it in this video. czcams.com/video/U5U0HoNJy6o/video.html

Hey man, you can fix that tweeter with a dab of hot glue and a flat toothpick. go slow and that dent will come out. start in the center of the dent.
