Why can't 50 of us get together and purchase some of this land and build a small resort??? I would DEFINITELY love to invest with a group of Diaspora and native Ghanaians. We complain that whites are buying the properties but we arent buying...Where there is a will there is a way... If we pool our resources we can do great things! This is what the whites have been doing forever!
Julia, you have said it all. I did this video number of White folks who have contacted me to buy this land, 3 of them want to buy it the whole 100 Arces left... Sometimes we do all these videos to let our brothers and sisters to take advantage but it will yield nothing then the owner has no means by offering to a white. Then the same black people will come and talk plenty here and there. It time we should take over... One love.

@@GhanaRave depends on what you consider expensive. I'm in the prices of building a 2,800 sqft home with solar panels and it's only costing me about 52k. I'm also building a 2 bedroom for about 20-22k. If you move like a local is cheap, but if if your an American and move to any country wanting to live like an American, it's going to be expensive.

I'm part of the African diaspora in the US. I absolutely want to buy something like this someday soon. Hope it's not all sold to the chinese too soon. It is interesting that in China, non chinese foreigners can't buy the best lands, yet they are showing up to buy all of Africa, and black diaspora lands in the Caribbean too. Trutbfully, they bought out alot of black business land in black neighborhoods/areas in the US too. It's like a part of the business plan. They build their wealth by going to cheap black areas worldwide and setting up shop. I hope this land isn't sold to foreigners or non diaspora.

I thought the beach belong to the govt.
Normally, shore lines/beach lands are owned by the government and protected (So I've learned). People can not build anyhow they desire on these specific sites. Ghanaians know this. From the look of it, how the land is sold in acre + plus the mentioning of investing. It might be for business purposes. Well, I might be wrong 🤷🏾♀️
Depends on the area. Some areas are for Government Specific development, There are areas designated for COMMERCIAL Development (hotels, resorts, investment property (Think development of Miami Beach Florida)), some areas still belong to families or traditional
I know businesses is business and I have no say on who you allow to purchase this land. But please do not give it to investors outside of the African race. Once you allow one to come they will all follow.
