Nice, pls Ghana no more bars on windows.. no one wants an open bathroom, pls put a door on it. The house is really nice, can u make the bathroom double up as steam room. Let’s us see the kitchen?
I’m coming over to work for you, I love property and can sell a house in a heart beat. I can help make you money.. love my Ghanaian brothers & sisters... i can draw in a trade of business from wealthy people.
Too much open space, I’d need the kitchen to be closed off due to food cooking smell etc and the same goes for toilets and bathrooms, I don’t want to smell or watch anyone using the toilet from my bed.. the whole bedroom will smell.. come on Cha’lay!
Really love this home...all of the flooring, wooden interior and exterior doors. I would need vanity cabinets in the bathrooms...of course we need water first ! 😊
lol I know that's sold already. It even has a freaking backyard yo,, I like that a LOT. It almost looks American. Please clean up the beach, make it more presentable, it's too beautiful to be looking like nobody love it.
Mr, i love ur property. But it is not ocean front...ocean front means, the property is definitely facing the ocean 🌊. And you can see the ocean 🌊 standing in front or sideways or any angle in your house 🏡 and still see it.
Mr. Addison, is it in Prampram by the ocean. I have already connected with you and you could not find anything similar in Prampram by the water in that price range.
Hi is this the only unit on sale , or there are many others , and are the developers open to the idea of expansion or remodeling on your own after purchase? For example building a private pool @ the back . Thank u , and pls if you are selling any units in the Embassy Gardens enclave by cliftons , I'm looking @ 1 bedroom in the same price range. Coming home soon
@faddiegirl no dear. I can't speak for the whole of Africa since it has 54 countries and every country has its own laws, but in the metropolises in Ghana, there is an annual property rate which you have to pay to the Municipal authority responsible for the area you live in.
Respect... The place looks ok but went showcasing properties make sure that the place is clean and tidy. Grass cut, paint not chipping. Fake it a little to impress buyers, don't cut corners.
Beach front means the beach is in front of the home. When in sales, truth and credibility is the difference between SELLING and HUSTLING. Sales ppl are professionals and truthful about the product. HUSTLERS BEND THE TRUTH AND LIES.
the home is over priced because you can get better in america for less so ghana needs to keep the price less than 90,000 with ocean view that will really entice the average american to come invest in ghana
Where? Because I live in California and you can't touch a house like this in a decent area this close to the beach for under a million dollars. In most cases, they start at $2 million and go up. Beachfront and homes walking distance to the shore are prime property here.
first off ghana is not california it's infrastructure is not up to date they lack jobs and still have blackouts to often roads not done in most places plus lack US standard of medical services and fire services not enough english movie theaters nor american expat communities I didn't say in california or was comparing california which is one of the best places in the world to be I live in malibu myself but in america in places like texas michagan iowa wisconsin montana alabama mississippi florida atlanta georgia tennesee kentucky and lots' of other places homes can be bought much less than 90,000 just to name a few places with much better infastructure and hospitals schools 911 systems in place for emergency this makes a difference when buying a home the safety of america is better and don't really need bars on the windows like with most homes in ghana so the key to selling ghana is to really make it easy for the everyday person in america to move there with easy visa and affordable homes offered much less than 90,000 this will motvate people to move ghana still needs the infrastructure threw out the country and a vibrant economy for the most part americans have to bring their own money which is cool but make it less affordable than america because when leaving your country for another country like ghana it has to be worth while and not a struggle for that small home it's to over prices and it doesn't look like grocery stores are near by just look at pulte home builders in america and get a sense of what type of homes it takes to move americans
@@cureallmouthwashorderonama2056 I'm not here to argue. Less than $90K w/an ocean view would entice the average American to invest in GH. But so does $150,000. Especially for a vacation home. You don't get "better" beach property in America for less. Yes, in many of the states you named, property is cheaper, but with a few exceptions these aren't desirable locations and they certainly aren't walking distance to the beach, nor do they feature an ocean view so they're not "better" as far as most are concerned. $90,000 homes in the states you named are not places or homes that people desire for vacation living. They live in those areas because they have to. And I won't even go into the safety of America because that's another story as is our declining infrastructure. I don't know the area or location of this house, but as an American, the price, proximity to the ocean and the home itself does interest me. If you live in California, you already know that homes this same size but with neighbors you can reach out and touch (they're so close) start at a million with no parking, congested traffic, CRIME, homeless populations, etc. and go all the way up in price to more than $100 million dollars. At the latter price point, the areas are nicer but a lot of those one and two million dollar homes are not in good areas, they're just close to the water and that's it. There are plenty of these homes that I don't think are worth a good $150,000 themselves, but because of their proximity to the Pacific Ocean, price skyrockets. Also, as an African-American, $150K to live on the beach in Ghana doesn't sound half bad in comparison to what we deal with here. I hear you about infrastructure and all that, but still. Sometimes you'll deal with having to go a little further for groceries if it means you can have peace of mind and get away from it all.
Well I understand what you are saying but not every house is meant for the average person. If you follow my channel you will realise that I have houses that are selling for under $30,000 and houses for a million dollars. There is something for everyone. And don't forget that the houses shown are in the National Capital. If you go to other regions in Ghana, the prices are much lower. Anyway I hope you find a reason to come to Ghana and enjoy this beautiful country.
30,000 now that's what i'm talking about and yes i'll eventually invest in property there starting small in ghana and then much larger later on as I settle my wife and kids in the country of choice between ethiopia and ghana or namibia
Why do I have the feeling that this guy does not even own this home or has any contact with the real owners and when you go to Ghana and give him $158,000 dollars, that will be the last of seeing him.
Do you understand that an Estate Agent (in the UK) or Realtor (in the USA) doesn't own those.Properties either? Would you comment in the same way about them? Or is that kind of bile reserved for those of a particular colour or gender?
There is something about PramPram and Elmina that I love. Beautiful home, I love the living room windows.
That's a beach side home, not ocean front. There's A BIG difference.
Lol I was thinking that too 😂🤦🏿♀️
Excetly

Glad you all are enjoying a tour of MY HOME...I'm claiming it.
You get it?
Is my home still on the market?
Why do we always sell things here in Ghana in $$ and not in Ghana Cedis. SMH
You cant sell in the USA in Ghana Cedis.
It’s simply because the cedi is unstable so each time the rate increases/decreases the prices would change, in dollars it’s a fixed price
@@AAA-we2st every currency is unstable

I like sn open bathroom and bars on windows in instead of glass works for me. I get fresh air and keeps the unwanted out.
Bars on Windows are dangerous. Aesthetically unpleasant and no on wants to be trapped in a house with bars..
Too much open space, I’d need the kitchen to be closed off due to food cooking smell etc and the same goes for toilets and bathrooms, I don’t want to smell or watch anyone using the toilet from my bed.. the whole bedroom will smell.. come on Cha’lay!
I LOVE PRAMPRAM!!!
Love this! Definitely has a vacation vibe but I’d want to live there year round!
Really love this home...all of the flooring, wooden interior and exterior doors. I would need vanity cabinets in the bathrooms...of course we need water first ! 😊
It’s so nice to see a house with no walks, bars on windows and a hundred locks. Lol
You need bars Ma'am. You want your property intact when you are there or away.
I like it! Resonable price, too.
lol I know that's sold already.
It even has a freaking backyard yo,, I like that a LOT.
It almost looks American.

Mr, i love ur property. But it is not ocean front...ocean front means, the property is definitely facing the ocean 🌊. And you can see the ocean 🌊 standing in front or sideways or any angle in your house 🏡 and still see it.
It is partial ocean view.
It’s really nice and well lit
you cannot beat that price / wow!
Was wondering it there are built in wardrobes in the master bedroom? Not certain I noticed.
Is this still available? Thanks
Mrs Vanessa, What is your Opinion about the Price?

I used to drive there from community11 it's about an hour's drive

OMG, I wish I own this.
There's a big problem when the hallway is bigger than the kitchen
Nice

Not in Ghana.
This house is BEAUTIFUL but I’m not feeling that open bathroom 🤣

There are no dressers for clothes or closets. There’s no way I would pay that price for This property.
No appliances in "kitchen" either.

If you buy an existing home, do you have to pay property tax, or could you own the land?
@Strive For greatness of course there'll be a property tax. It just depends whether the municipality will enforce it

It's no big deal down how not sure it will exceed 50dollars
Why don't I ever see Closet in the bedrooms

Please don't build these beautiful homes ,if you are going to have such stupid roads in front of them
Why do you need a pool near the beach?
Because sometimes you may not want to swim in sea water, or go down to the beach especially if you have little kids and want to supervise swimming
Every resort in the Caribbean also has a pool by the beach.
