i think it would be more more wonderful if in your airbnb you could sell coffee or any convenient foods since the location is further away from stores. i would love to rent out your place if ever i would go to siargao. Hoping someday more bubbles in your area but with walls i guess for at least some privacy from other renters.
additional suggestion: have some quick cooking space too in case renters prefer cooking their foods personally

Hi, I am skeptical about that coco tree beside the bubble house. Someday the roots of the coco tree when it grow in maturity will surely damaged the flooring of the bubble house with cracks on the floor. Coco tree roots grows so wide and so strong that it will break anything on its path. And anyone is in danger for falling nuts below it from the tree.
That's a really good point! We reinforced the concrete so it might hold for a while but will have to wait and see. We love the palms and don't want to cut anything down but we should clean them for leaves and coconuts
Your bubble need protection if have typhoon in Philippines because the wind is strong.
If another typhoon comes we will pack it away first

There is a air pump that blows up the bubble and give air inside. We have had guests staying during hard winds and they say it's very stable and fun to look at the rain

Property near the beach is like 30k-50k/m2 haha. Also it's crowded near the beach, here it's much more relaxed
