Your kids reaction to the Big Gulp is priceless. Such a good dad to introduce them to the finer side of American life!

    Loving all your videos!!
A tip for next time (any cruise line), go to the port and droop your luggage with the porters, before returning your rental car, that way you could get on the transfer bus/taxi with only your hand bag and travel documents!

My wife is a new fan and this video is getting us excited for our trip. We are renting a car too and was worried on how it would be dropping it off at the port.
    Thanks for sharing.

Wish they still did the confetti and streamer explosion 🎉 during Sail Away party. Adds so much to the thrill of sailing away and beginning your vacation voyage. Not sure if only some ships do it and not others

We’ve never heard of that! What did you sail on that did that, and when?! We’d love to know!

@TravellingWithTeens ... sure, we've experienced it in particular on the Wonder everytime. I really noticed it stopped by watching others that film sail away party, just as you did. I haven't seen it for awhile now. I figured they had stopped it.

Must be! Our first DCL cruise was on the Magic in 2021… we’ve cruised DCL twice since then, and no confetti! What a shame!

@@TravellingWithTeens ... aww yes, it is. Bummer. It really adds to the special moment 🎊🎉 We'll be on the Fantasy in September. I guess I shouldn't expect any confetti, huh 🫤

It’s SUCH a good area for a cabin… so close to everything. A bit frustrating having to go so far up to the pool deck for drinks, but fantastic other than that. Thanks for watching, nice to hear from another multinational household!

Last time my wife and I were at Disney, we stayed at Old Key West next door to French Quarter. incredible one bedrooms--almost 1000 square feet. Very peaceful.

We’ve seen those, and LOVE the look of Old Key West (and the space on offer). Did you find it too far from the Parks, or was transport ok?

@@TravellingWithTeens This was just after the reopening--Sept 2020. Once we figured out the best bus stop (Peninsular) transport was no problem at all--even though both of us used mobility scooters. Peninsular is the first stop--so the buses arrive empty. There's really only two places for scooters per bus--so arriving empty is a big help and we didn't get separated. Our room was top floor in one of the few buildings on site with an elevator--so great convenience. Food was no problem, although most restaurants were closed. The kitchen in the room is a real useful feature, and there's a Wal-Mart very close.
