Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules (Endgame):
1) Can only catch the first Pokemon on each route
2) If a fusion faints it must be boxed
3) No leveling above the next gym leader's ace
4) No items can be used in battle

I'm generally less into the Eevees compared to most Pokemon fans but that Vaporeon/Flareon is pretty badass.
If you accept of keeping only one eeveelution but still the same concept, try Vaporeon/Arcanine. You will be amazed by how absolutely broken it is. (while looking cool as fuck)
Dude this idea is so cool and unique! I love the Espeon + Umbreon- Esreon, since Espeon and Umbreon are my favorite eeveelutions!

I love how the last battle ended with an elegant fusion beating a disgusting looking fusion. Vaporflare and the espeon/Umbreon were my favorites

You said you where going in dex order, so should it have not been Vaporeon + Jolteon, Flareon + Espeon, umbreon + Leafeon, Glaceon + Sylveon?

The first forms do have names to imply the same type of creature.
They don’t branch off from there, but they would be like suggesting Vespiquen and male Combee since they’re linear creatures.
