- Learn how to make the most amazing Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken Marsala. This Creamy Garlic Mushroom Marsala Sauce is the perfect sauce to coat and lather some perfectly cooked chicken breasts that have the most fantastic flavour. You guys loved my Creamy Garlic Mushroom Sauce recipe, so here’s another version. Please enjoy.
Ingredients -
1 Tbsp (20ml) - Olive Oil
2 1/2 Tbsp (35g) - Unsalted Butter plus 1 Tbsp (15g) (Optional)
2 (300g or 10.5oz) - Chicken Breasts
1 tsp (3g) - Onion Powder
1 tsp (3g) - Garlic Powder
200g (7oz) - Swiss Brown Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
6 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Cup (250ml) - Marsala Fortified Wine
1 Cup (250ml) - Chicken or Vegetable Stock
1 Cup (250ml) - Thickened Cream (Heavy Cream, Whipping Cream, or Full-Fat Cream)
10g (0.3oz) - Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese) - To Serve

The thing I love about your channel (which I've surprisingly havent seen much on other channels) is the fact that you give all measurements accounting for the metric system as well as our crazy american measurements. Love these chicken recipes for a several reasons: 1) They're fresh whole foods; 2) They look incredibly delicious; 3) They're perfect for my low carb lifestyle (I'm prediabetic, and adhere to Dr. Atkins's program strictly); and 4) Given the fact that food prices have skyrocketed 34% in a single year and my son and I are on fixed incomes (he is disabled, and I am retired), I can purchase the leg quarters my local grocery store offers for 61 cents a pound, and we can still eat very well. My first video on this channel, and after watching lots of cooking videos over so many years on various channels, I have to say that what really stood out in this video is the preciseness of the content with exact instructions of quantity, time and also the flame settings. Video was really to the point and crisp. It goes a long way in making the video practical, so really a very nice job.
Also, may I ask if there is any other product we can use as a replacement for Marsala fortified wine? Thx

I always thought the Marsala was dry for this recipe.... lol I had bought sweet by mistake (!) So I bought a botle of dry ! And now I have the sweet I need :D

It can be either dry or sweet depending on your flavour preference. 😊

Though I’ve only discovered your channel a couple of days ago, I absolutely love the creamy chicken sauces though I can’t help hesitate when adding such huge volumes of cream in some of the recipes which I will as I really want to experience these recipes at there best BUT I started writing this comment to say Thanks for not only the recipes generally but thanks for being precise with timing cooking of the chicken as I’ve never been quite sure when it’s cooked through but not cooked to the point it starts to dry out. This must take a great deal of time and thought into measuring and timing everything. Lastly, I also love your bolognaise/lasagne/shepherds pie recipes and similar as it’s just how my mum would make them with my being born in Australia to English parents. Keep coming with the English recipes among others 🤗 all your recipes are much appreciated.
