For the past 5 years I've been trying to get a certain haircut. Was trying different stylists and showing the pictures every time. What do I always get? Just a generic men's haircut with short sides and longer top.. I'm so sick of the hairdressers "knowing" what's best for you or just not being able to recreate haircuts shown right in front of their noses. Maybe these days the hairdressers just get training for 2-3 mens hairstyles and that's it then if you want to get exactly what you ask for you have to pay 1000 dollars. I don't know. But yeah.. I've just noticed that hairdressers always cut what's popular at the time..
it happened the same to me but i stopped going to barbershop and go to a salon. They do to me the haircut that i want
idk if you've tried but giving exact measurements and being extremely specific in want you want gives the stylist little wiggle room, and would probably get really close, if not exactly what you want
Sometimes hair type just doesn't match what you want and you need chemical procedure
I was going to a person I know for haircuts and got bad cuts everytime, even though I know there's guys in my town that can get proper 2blocks and undercuts, but I never asked them which salon they go to bcs you don't stop people on the street and ask "hey, where you got that haircut?". Now I have mid lenght hair and cut it at home.

hey, i’ve been following you for a bit and after seeing your timothee chalamet and vinny hacker haircuts i decided to grow my hair out to get something similar but my dad decided after 5 months of growing my hair out from a bryce hall haircut that i need to cut the hair in the front so it’s above my eyes. what’s a haircut i can get that will let me keep growing but lose the super long frony

Great videos man, I was wondering if you could help me out and im sure you may have already had a video out on this and I just couldn't find it but....I am growing my hair long and lm aiming for a tousled look similar to mamoas like probley every other guy. I have natural curly hair but I can't figure out what curl type I have and everytime I look at a chart I think, ok it's 3a then I see a diffrent one and think maybe its 2c....and then another that looks like 3b!? Niw I am from a small town and I know many of the hair dressers and I have asked these people and I seen cuts theye have done and sone seem good, however....non can tell me my curl types! Me too, i think you should layer it and remove all the weight you can from the top part that falls on the sides of the face
Try using products that are not that heavy but still good enough to style your hair as you want.
If you want to make sure your hair grows correctly, just use a cap all time, or a rubberband if you prefer it and it's long enough,, but the cap is much better imo.
Btw i'm not an expert, so don't get angry with me if i said something wrong or useless, i just tried to help this guy with the things i know, because nobody helped him for the moment.

This might not suit you giving as he is a fictional character who has been specifically designed for his appearance, and you probably don't have his exact face shape or hair type.
