If your newer to flying which alot of beginners buy this drone and are going to crash it alot , then may want to leave the prop guards on outside. Once confident, for sure take them off.

I think this is a good buy instead of many drone out there offer cheaper price but the quality is the problem, although its 5 years old, for a begginer like me, I enjoying it. First time user and hope will contiue to improve for better navigation.😅
This drone would be perfect for me if the battery lasted a bit longer. 10-15 minutes is a little short is there some sort of upgrade or another drone for a similar price that can achieve 20-30mins fly time?
If you want 30 mins flight time then I would recommend the dji mini 2 se however it is 339$ and the fly more kit is 490$ but it’s under 250 grams so no registration needed and you can get up to 2.7k 30 fps video and 1080p up to 60 fps I think 2.7k and 30 fps is better but it’s up to you that’s all bye
i bought mine four years ago and i let it sit for about a year and a half came back home the battery would not charge bought a new battery and it won't charge it was very nice when it worked after this i don't think i would ever buy another one.

It doesn't work well in the US unless you have good internet service in the woods for you to connect a Hotspot. You're neighbors and your wifi will cancel out Tello connection. It will be a fancy paper wight.

Video is... Not great as it may breake to pixels according to WIFI. It records directly on phone soo... Poor connections poor vidio. For 720 p it does quite good photos. But... After pfoto is created... According to quality of picture that you may set up... You may struggle with freese screen for the time the picture is sent and saved on your phone.
I bought my Tello five years ago and still love it. I was just flying it today. It’s great for checking your house roof and rain gutters. Fun drone!

I wish you had added a sample output video... The grade of the photographs and movies it produces, in my opinion, is what matters the most.

I noticed this too. The range is shorter when there is wifi nearby.

its not a DJI, its made by RYZE electronics..DJI only provided support like software...
