Torque/angle sensor problem ആണ് കൂടുതലും. പക്ഷെ സർവീസ് സെന്റർ കാര് steering column മൊത്തമായി മാറ്റണം എന്ന് പറയും. 25-30K ആകും. സ്റ്റാർട്ടിഗിൽ പ്രോബ്ലം ഉണ്ടാകുകയും പിന്നീട് ശരിയാകുന്നതിന്റെ കാരണം Steering module relay യുടെ പ്രശ്നമാണ്. Module ആണോ Torque sensor ആണോ problem എന്ന് ഒരു മെക്കാനിക്കിനും കറക്റ്റ് ആയി identify ചെയ്യാൻ അറിയില്ല. ഓരോ പാർട്സും മാറ്റി മാറ്റി അവസാനം ഒരു steering column വാങ്ങിക്കാനുള്ള പൈസ പോകും. ആദ്യം module മാറ്റും 8K പോകും, പിന്നെ മോട്ടോർ... Torque sensor alignment വളരെ സെൻസിറ്റീവ് ആയതിനാൽ ആരും അതിന് മിനക്കെടില്ല. പിന്നെ മൊത്തം column മാറ്റുകയേ നിവൃത്തിയുള്ളൂ.

Bro, എന്റെ WagonR 2014 model 50,200 km ഓടിയ വണ്ടിക്കും steering tight ഉണ്ട്. Tight means താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ eps module, eps motor പോയ പോലെയുള്ള tight ഇല്ല i.e warning light ഒന്നുമില്ല meter ഇൽ. But same model ഉള്ള wagonr കൾ ഓടിക്കുമ്പോൾ എന്റെ വണ്ടിക്ക് tight feel ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. വണ്ടി വേടിച്ചു 1.5 വർഷം and 4000 km ആവുമ്പോഴേക്കും ഈ complaint തുടങ്ങി. Warranty period ൽ ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ service സെന്ററിൽ കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ ആ advisor വണ്ടി ഓടിച്ചിട്ടും scan ചെയ്തിട്ടും, ഈ വണ്ടിക്ക് ഒരു കുഴപ്പവുമില്ല ഇത് എല്ലാ wagonr കൾ ഇങ്ങനെയാണ് design ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ഞങ്ങളെ വിട്ടു. Steering ഒരു ഒട്ടിപിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന feeling ആണ് return ഉം ഇല്ല. Suspension എല്ലാം new ആണ് except driveshaft, steering box assy. കഴിഞ്ഞ ജൂണിൽ ആണ് മാറ്റിച്ചത് when heavy suspension noise occurred. Still no change😢. ഇത് എങ്ങനെയാണ് bro solve ചെയ്യുക. As i said earlier, all other same generation Wagonr's which i drive was having very comfortable steering feedback, even in rented cars too, except my car. NB: Front tyres new ആണ്. Run about only 4k km and replaced 1 year ago during suspension work.

Bro currently i am hearing a sound (Like chain clinking voice)from the back of the steering, above the centre portion(Key cylinder okke varunilee aa area ) .
