മാഷേ. Steering Rack ന് തേയ്മാനം വളരെ കുറവാണ് വരാറുള്ളത് (rare case).
Rack bush ആണ് എല്ലാ വണ്ടികളിലും തേയ്മാനം വരുന്നത് ...
ഒരുപാട് വണ്ടികള്‍ rack bush മാറിക്കൊടുത്തിട്ടുമുണ്ട് (Maruti,Toyota,Honda,VW,Nissan,Hyundai..etc..).പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായും സൗണ്ട് മാറിയിട്ടുണ്ട് , നല്ല രീതിയിൽ last ഉം ചെയ്തിട്ടുമുണ്ട്...

അത് ശരിയാണ്. എന്റെ vw vento ന്റെ suspension പണിതിരുന്നു അപ്പൊ rack ബുഷ് lathe ൽ കൊണ്ടോയി മാറ്റിയിരുന്നു. Lathe ലേബർ ചാർജ് 3500 വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. Rack ന് കുഴപ്പമില്ലായിരുന്നു.

എന്റെ വണ്ടി 2009 ritz veliya ശബ്ദം ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.. അത് reapair ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റോ.. Staring ചെറുതായ് ഉറപ്പ് ഉണ്ട്.. പിന്നെ ഇടക് പിസൽ അടിക്കുന്ന പോലെ ഉള്ള ശബ്ദം വരുന്നുണ്ട്

കമ്പനി ബോക്സ്‌ ഫുൾ ആയാണ് മാറുന്നത് പുറത്തുനിന്ന് ചെയ്താൽ അവർ നെയ്ലോൺ ബുഷ്‌ അടിച്ചു തരും അതിനും കൂടുതൽ ലൈഫ് ഇല്ല ഇതിന്റെ മാത്രം വർക്ക്‌ എടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു പുള്ളി ഉണ്ട് അവർ കമ്പനി ബുഷ്‌ ചെയ്തു തരും 6 മാസം വാറന്റിയും

സ്റ്റിയറിംഗ് തിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ചെറിയ ഒരു ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കുന്നു. ഏകദേശം ഒരു വാതിൽ തുറക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള മാതിരി . സ്റ്റിയറിംഗ് ന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്നുമാണ്. ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞതുമായിട്ട് ഇതിന് ബന്ധമുണ്ടോ ?

Steering ൽ നിന്നും Steering Box ലോട്ട് പോകുന്ന Intermediate Shaft ലെ Universal Joint ൽ നിന്നും Turning ൽ ഇടയ്ക്ക് Tightness and Sound വരുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അതിൽ Greese Apply ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ sound and Tightness വരുന്നതു നിൽക്കുകയും Smooth ആകുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഇതിൽ Greese Apply ചെയ്യുന്നതു കൊണ്ട് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടോ? Non Power Steering Vehicle ആണ്.

Baleno 2018 model delta variant aaanu njan use cheyyunnae,... steering smooth aanu but steering thirikkunna thudakkathil tick tick sound und ... njan just showroom il kaanichappol steering column complaint aayi ennanu paranjae... they said it cost around 20-25k 😢
