i think what happened on the first try was the walls were blocking the mcv from deploying which is why it deployed when the rocketeers shot it and it moved a bit to the left

little trick you can use to deal with the dreads. the Desolator can destroy the missiles while there launching which will also destroy the dread removing the threat also liked the little zoom in on the 2 prism tanks built at the same time.
Thanks for showing this amazing map. I try it my self and it was very diffecult at first run. Then i try another run, where i use the Howitzer for attack. It is basic possible to destroy all enemy bases with only 2 Howitzer as Elite. I did use repair pad. But can take so much damage... Tip if you get a spy into refinery you get 200K each time...
the "weirdo" tanks are the cut arty unit(maybe slightly modified) whose model is later repurposed for the germany's TD. Its from an earlier build where soviets and allies were closer in design and units to red alert 1. It survived well enough and can still work just by being enabled via rules.ini editing. Also fun fact the dreads in this mission are the unique variant that only appears in the original mission 2
