    This is a great video! Looks like a really nice kit. Also big props on doing the install yourself and actually paying for it.

    Great informative post. I just purchased the Tuxedo 9K model and it was just delivered. Your video appears to serve as an excellent guide for my own assembly/installation. Thank you for posting.

      Thank you! One big thing is make sure to run the rod for the locks inside the tubes in the track. I had issues because I missed those tubes that the rod goes through.

    How does this stack up against the bendpaks? I know lots of other CZcamsrs have bendpak, but they also dont pay for them lol

      Awesome the instructions are SOOOOO bad right? I actually just bolted mine down to the garage floor this last week. New garage updates coming soon!

    Have you bolted the posts on the garage floor? Do anchor bolts really require?

    • @turtlefactory
      @turtlefactory  Před 2 lety +1

      Not required but the lift does move a tiny bit over time. I just put two bolts in the foot of each post because I am doing flooring around it next and wanted to make sure it stays exactly in one place.

    Helpful video, thanks! Did you have it delivered, how did you unload the lift? And now that you've had it for it a bit, what do you think of the quality/stability, safety, 110v powered pump? Any regrets? I'm considering this same unit for my (UT) garage.

    • @turtlefactory
      @turtlefactory  Před rokem

      SO at the start of the video you can see them delivering the lift with a crane truck. Its been fine so far. every now and then the rear locks jam so the front lowers and rear doesnt, but other than that no long term leaks or issues. I also bolted it to the floor since then. Its 110 but you need to beef up the amperage/ load.

    You wouldn't happen to have a good pick of cable routing would you. Just curious if long cables run from pulley closest to the ramp or the other pulley. Mine are closest to ramp and run at angle to the other end

      @turtlefactory  Před 7 měsíci

      oh I am having a hard time imagining this, if I were you I would look at the routing of a friends i think it should be the same pretty much on any lift. regardless of make. I when running cables just think, how does this support tension/ transfer. I just had to slow down and think about the engineering behind why pulleys were in certain locations.
