I hydro dipped some shoes and they're awesome!!!! Will be doing more soon, probably tomorrow because it was so fun :) If you try this, always remember to use gloves and a mask for safety.
Materials used:
Rustoleum spray paint (white, black, and purple)
White canvas shoes from Michael's
Water
A big plastic bin

Didn't read comments do sorry if someone covered this already...I've done this sooooo many times. Next time try to take innersole's out before immersing. This way when worn, paint won't bleed on socks /feet. Just my 2 cents worth. Nice job, thanks for sharing!

Have you tried using the same sort of method, but with Tsukineko all purpose inks, on top of shaving cream? I only ask because that's how we did it for marbling fabric for quilts. I've been wanting to do something similar to my sneakers, but thought it wouldn't work (the canvas appears to have a coating on it).

I have never seen this before. How bizarre! What is the texture of the spray paint like when it dries / when you wear them?

She did crocs a couple times :)
Spray paints are expensive. This can be achieved with cheap nail polish too. Same process.
Washing them first might have helped.
First learn to hydro dip
